1st time visiting a Lil...I am impressed. Twice the size of Aldi with a larger variety of product. Sure do hope the plans are to open back home in Gainesville, FL soon.

Highly recommend checking out Lidl! The bakery section is my favorite and it has some really tasty choices! The rest of the store is very nice and overall easy to find things.

Lidl is a German based grocery. I see it as a cross of trader Joe's (but roomier aisles!) and Aldi. Prices are reasonable/low for the Lidl brand items which are predominant throughout store. Most items are made with quality ingredients, no high fructose corn syrup here! Look for the promotional deals, they are special finds that can go fast. Fresh produce. Quality dairy. Yummy bakery. Lidl provides a shopping app and rewards program. The Apex store is not huge but has just about anything you'd need and more.

Beware - the prices here on the shelves are WRONG. All the items ring up .50 cents to $1 more expensive than the price that is listed on the shelf. What are you supposed to do, go back and take pictures of each item and then argue with the cashier? You are NOT getting a deal here, and this is misleading and a rip off.

How the products are laid out doesn't really work all that smoothly, but you can find what you want if you work hard enough at it. I'd give this place 5 stars, we're checking out usually takes quite a bit of time as they only have one person up front.

I'd give this place 5 stars, we're checking out usually takes quite a bit of time as they only have one person up front.

SO much to see, lots of excellent options. Well worth a visit or more. Been back numerous times. Like the online feature showing item out of stock, low stock, weekend sales, monthly mag with recipes, sales info. Do not have a customer service desk- catch an employee with ear piece to get a person who helps. A year later! Still a great place for selection, availability. Website shows a store stock availability, nice feature, save a trip. Prices are rising some but to be expected.
