8 Best grocery store in Apex, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I really appreciate locations where they are nice to drivers. They allow you to park overnight They allow you to use the restroom And they are quick to unload. And if you need to stay until your hours are back they are kind enough to let you stay. ~Lu

Kind of a weird experience. I saw this thing when I walked in and stopped because i had no idea what it was. I have friends that manger different Walmarts. I was going to ask them what it was. The staff was getting trained on it I think. One of the supervisors had a sense of humor and asked if I a as going to take a picture which I was and asked everyone to smile. A few of the employees said no don't take any pictures. They could have just moved to the side and said I'd rather not be in a photo. Instead a few said don't take any pictures. ~mark

For what it is, discounted shopping, it's a good place to buy groceries. How the products are laid out doesn't really work all that smoothly, but you can find what you want if you work hard enough at it. I'd give this place 5 stars, we're checking out usually takes quite a bit of time as they only have one person up front. ~Dean

Went as I had a coupon and recommendation from my realtor…and I had the best salsa I ever tasted in my life today! I am going back tomorrow to try more local goodies! Such a cute store with sooooo much variety and quality! ~Michelle

It’s a big store but seems very under staffed. It’s somewhat stocked but a lot of extra shelf space. The verity is great and the employees are friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I personally wouldn’t ever go out of my way to bring my business here. I’m currently just right here and stopping by quick. Overall it’s what you would expect. ~john

This was the very last supermarket I visited in this area because I was told Food Lion’s aren’t that great. I’ve had the opposite experience they beat all the competition hands down for the best produce in town. They also have prepared produce in small amounts at very reasonable prices, which I think is commendable. The bakery is expensive But if you’ve tried the sliced pumpkin cake you know why. It’s super awesome to have real Cashiers instead of self checkouts and I’ve never had any wait time. The MVP card saves me 10-15% every time I shop in there which is no small thing. The place is super clean, the staff are great, the parking lot has ultra smooth fresh tarmac, it’s never too packed and ….they have the very best public restrooms I’ve ever seen. ~Es
