Best electronics store in Apex, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Today I went in looking for a copy of a PS3 game that I was not sure many secondhand stores had let alone GameStop, but Victoria (associate's name on the receipt) not only had a copy of said game, but also had another game I have been looking for for ages! Victoria also was incredibly kind, personable, and a joy to talk with even just while updating my member info - I came on my lunch break and I didn't feel like I wasted a minute, so worth the visit :) THANK YOU Victoria for all your help! And I will definitely be making a trip to this store again!!! ~Tay

Kind of a weird experience. I saw this thing when I walked in and stopped because i had no idea what it was. I have friends that manger different Walmarts. I was going to ask them what it was. The staff was getting trained on it I think. One of the supervisors had a sense of humor and asked if I a as going to take a picture which I was and asked everyone to smile. A few of the employees said no don't take any pictures. They could have just moved to the side and said I'd rather not be in a photo. Instead a few said don't take any pictures. ~mark

I can say that it was a truly great experience from the start I started to interact with Mo regarding my apple watch repair. He not only was very courteous but gave me the accurate and correct advice as well. He was quick to order the parts and when they came in, gave me a call and was able to accommodate me to do the service even later in the evening. He was able to diagnose the problem very accurately and since the LCD of the watch was not repairable, did not charge me for the time spent as well. Its not easy to meet such a decent and honest person and I completely recommend him and his services to all in this community. ~Nishant
