The staff is always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable of their products. I feel I am always treated fairly and offered the product most appropriate for the project and not always the most expensive. A great selection of paint supplies and advice for any type of project I am working on.

9/29/21...I ran out of SW porch n deck enamel latex. I had used up 2 gallons and was half way thru. The guy in charge said we dont have any.I asked about other stores..The guy told me that SW didn't make that anymore. He never offered to make me some. I stepped out of the store and called Eastway Paints in Charlotte ,told them the story and they said bring the can and I will mix you some...so I did.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to ensure I got the right supplies to tackle the job. The products available are 2nd to none. I will never waste my money going with home improvement stores for paint supplies and paint mediums.

I was excited to see a new SW store in Mint Hill. Went to this store because another SW in the area had poor customer service. When I get in this store, the associate took a while to ask if I needed anything. Then, he did not know anything about painting or paint. He went to another guy for answers who proceeded to ignore the question. I was also given the wrong paint. Come on Sherwin. What is going on with your stores?!? I’m a pretty laid back person, but this is too much when I’m trying to get the house painted.

The staff at the Mint Hill location is always super friendly and helpful. Megan has helped me several times and always recommends the best type of paint for the job at hand. I've used SW paint for 3 different projects and have had amazing results each and every time.

If you go here and can't figure out what you want Make sure you ask for Jorge! He's the most informative paint person I've ever met. He helped me choose some colors for my exterior and they matched up really well. He can also tell you exactly what kind of paint you need to get.

Very helpful and courteous staff. The store is clean and organized. Over the last few weeks of repainting the interior of my new house I have made several trips to this location. Each time I have received both personable and timely service. I hope I don't have to see a paintbrush for a long time but will definitely come back to this store for all my painting needs.
