I am so above and beyond happy with my experience with Kelilabee!! Susan was so sweet and helpful with getting the arrangement ordered. And the flowers could not have been more gorgeous!!! Even prettier than the picture!! The gentleman that delivered them was awesome as well!! He was very nice, polite and considerate. We are a military family that rarely stays in one place for long and needs to know when we call an out-of-town business, we can trust they will follow through. Kelilabee Flower Company is literally the best flower shop in the Charlotte area! I was born and raised here, so I’ve used plenty of flower shops! Kelilabee has a certain style too! Absolutely the most creative, beautiful arrangements! They are absolutely beautiful! I will ALWAYS use Kelilabee! Not only are the arrangements beautiful, the staff is beautiful! They are so kind and eager to help you. Oh FYI, Kelilabee has the best little last minute gifts too! Especially for those “hard to buy for” people. I just can’t say enough about Kelilabee! Not sure what the 5 stars are about. It was painful talking to them on the phone. I simply wanted to order a bouquet of arranged flowers for $100-125 and preferred a loose arrangement vs right. You’d think I was building a house with all the questions she demanded be answered… the number and type of flowers, the colors, stylistic aspects, etc. So I simply picked one from their site and asked if they could add a little more color… apparently that was also too difficult. I took my business elsewhere. Also, they are closed to walk-ins… I thought COVID is over… open up.

Sales person on the phone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I live out-of-state, and the flower arrangement was sent to a home for shiva. Even though it was short notice, it was delivered the same day with a confirmation of delivery sent to my email. I ordered the deluxe size. With delivery and tax the total cost was surprising very reasonable. I’m told by the recipients that the flower arrangement is very fresh and absolutely lovely. Thank you so much for making this an easy task during a sad time.

Highly recommend this flower shop! I placed my initial order online and though the arrangement was beautiful, I noticed the recipient received the regular version of the arrangement rather than the upgraded arrangement that I had ordered. I emailed Meg from Kelilabee and she immediately called me taking responsibility for the mistake with a heartfelt apology and was determined to make it right. She sent out the correct arrangement and offered to credit my account. I was so impressed with her customer service, I declined receiving any credit but was thankful that she sent out another beautiful arrangement. I will always order flowers from this wonderful establishment in the future. If you want beautiful flowers and incredible customer service, this is your place!
