Quick and fast in and out. Not sure if there is a recall on peanut butter but I only buy Jiff peanut butter and there was none to be found in any size. Other than that I got everything I needed.

Place just can't get staffed. All that tells me is that they refuse to pay a living wage. Also, someone needs to get involved with the bathrooms. They are so bad regardless of the time you go in.

I went into the store just to get something quick to eat. I was having a rough moment and was honestly trying to keep my sugar together before bawling in public. Tom called out that he would help me with my sandwich started being jovial but he SAW that I wasn't in a good place. He shifted to get me what I asked for and showed discreet compassion and concern. Thank you sir! I'm ok and you helped.

Harris Teeter, Where on earth are all of your employees? I had to walk around your store for 30 minutes and the only person I could find to help me with customer service, your cashiers have no idea where anything is in customer service was completely overloaded. I need to get you more help in here or I’m shopping somewhere else 😡.

Busy place, yet helpfully polite in locating products for you. Great sushi. Nice produce. Clean store.

ATTENTION HIGH RISK PEOPLE ****** Almost none of the employees here wear a mask, they also won't give you space and that's an issue. I know they have to stock etc, but I'm trying to grab one thing and within 30 seconds of looking at eggs (before I could grab the eggs I already knew I wanted) a worker 'Carl' came up maskless and moved my buggy that was between us and got right next to me. So again, if you have health concerns do not go to this location, they don't care.

Poor customer service from Keissy who in my 16 years of shopping at Harris Teeter has requested to see my ID and as recent as 2 weeks ago Keissy requested my ID confirmed that I was well above legal age. I returned today to purchase a bottle of wine and the same Keissy who over my 16 years of shopping at Harris Teeter has assisted me several times at check out. Now suddenly acts like she does not know I am well above legal age. Keissy needs to learn to look up and acknowledge customers and not always put her head down and not act condescending towards customers. She is rude in the way she interacts with a customer. The policy in NC yes is to ID someone to know if that person is of legal age, Keissy has done that several times in my 16 years of shopping at Harris Teeter. She walked away from me rudely and acted like she did not know who I am. Harris Teeter is time to teach your employees to know and interact with customers especially repeat customers like myself. If Keissy has not established as recent as two weeks ago that I was 46 years old well above legal age then I will give her the benefit of doubt. Asking for ID is meant to establish any doubt on a customers age, Keissy has no doubt about my age but just wanted to be rude and difficult. The manager on duty Justin Hoke on approaching him did not even care to ask if Keissy has previously IDed me. He could careless eventhough I told him i have been coming to the same Harris Teeter for 16 years. Maybe he saw me racially as a black man and could care less. Overall, this is the poorest treatement I have received in my 16 years of shopping at same Harris Teeter location from 2005 to present. Keissy in my opinion needs to be relegated in her duties because she lacks empathy and cordiality in dealing with customers.

The interior layout is a bit confusing with the bread, produce, & deli sections split off from the center store aisles by, of all things, the pharmacy and health & beauty aisles.

This HT used to be the store I purchased all my groceries from. But recently I stopped going there as much as I did I never buy meat or fish from them: after I had to rush back to the store and return stinky meat more than twice, I was told by the customer service that "refrigeration system is bad in the meat department". Bread used to be cut regularly and well stocked - now the person has to ask for someone to cut the bread. Attached below the picture of the bread stand. Paper bags are not stocked at the self check-out stations. There are just too many little things to mention that when put all together make me not want to shop there. Looks.like management has changed, and the change is not for the better. I still love HT, but I now drive to Fort Mill's location to shop, even though it's 15 mins drive for me.

Very nice grocery store. It appears as they carry good quality products so you can be sure to get what you're looking for. I was most impressed with the selection of beer, many of which are available in mix-your-own 6 packs.
