This is very nice and clean, shopping wise. Fresh looking and appealing to the eyes. But the bathroom was horrible. The smell and the floor nasty. I mentioned to one of the cart check guys, that the bathroom needed attention. But as I was going out the door. So was he. Smh

One of my favorite Harris Teeters. Nice layout & great variety of brands.

I love Harris teeter overall. Discovered today that the fuel card bonus program contains a lot of fine print. Buyer beware. Once purchased there is no refund.

Harris Teeter at Stonecrest is definitely my grocery store of choice. I'm there so much that I know where everything is located - I once told a customer exactly what isle the whipped cream is on when she asked a nearby associate and she didn't know either, lol. I use it for my pharmacy - I've considered switching back to CVS where I used to get my scripts filled because the drive through is convenient, but the main pharmacist (I think his name is John) is super nice, and all the other pharmacy staff call me by name. It's nice to have that personalized experience. I also love getting fuel points for using my VIC card. Saving money on gas is always nice, but even more so with the astronomical gas prices that just keep getting higher. I purchase groceries online a lot as well. It's nice because someone else gathers everything in my order, then bring it out to my car when I arrive. The Stonecrest location is not the biggest Harris Teeter in the Charlotte area, and doesn't have as wide of a selection as some. But it more than meets my needs and everyone's so nice, I don't see myself switching stores anytime soon 🙂

Personally, I think they are slightly more expensive then your average grocery store, so i would have rated them 4 stars. However their staff are always helpful and friendly, which brought them up to 5 stars.

Most employees at this store are no longer taking any Covid precautions. I went shopping at 6:45am because I need to avoid possible exposure. When I checked out, the unmasked cashier used a tissue to wipe her nose. Then placed the tissue in her palm directly on my cart handle while handling bags and groceries with her other hand which also just left her runny nose. Employees need to learn how germs and infections are spread.

I had to quit coming here because they don't offer any cold coffees besides Starbucks, because they don't want to offend Starbucks who pays rent. Just put some of the other coffees you offer just 1 isle away in the fridge too please, some people aren't woke enough for Starbucks. The second star is because the staff is nice :)

I visit this local store when I'm lazy to drive further. It's pricey overall but if you use their loyalty program wisely you won't overspend too much. Their customer service is good and I like that they have fresh organic greens. We also used their pharmacy to get seasonal flu shots - most insurance plans cover that.
