I'm the only person at my job that gets their paycheck on Friday. Any time I've ever had a direct deposit come from any company it ALWAYS takes longer than the sender said it would. So I call the sender and I always get the same answer, "We have sent the payment, now it is up to Chase to process it." Come on guys it's 2022, keep up.

I made an over the phone appointment through the app and no one called me. Why have that option if they aren’t going to actually do it.

Tried depositing check on the 7th, says it won’t be able until the 16th, spent 3 hours trying to call the store to no avail. When I finally got ahold of a representative I got told there was nothing I can do about it.

This is by far the best bank I have ever banked with!! The bank employees are very respectful and work hard in making sure that you are happy. I look forward to keeping this as my bank for many years to come.

These people are ridiculous. Their “policies” are designed to defraud their customers and every time you think you have the correct information- they move the goal post. Worst branch of the worst bank.

You have to call AT LEAST 12 times before anyone in the entire building will answer your phone call.. They then will proceed to make you wait another 15 minutes before speaking to someone about the reason you call... Just to once again be transferred to someone else. I understand every business has those days... And there’s other customers. But EVERY SINGLE TIME?? It’s outrageously ridiculous.

They have excellent fraud protection. They'll usually know way before you do that there are fraudulent charges on your accounts. The service is always nice and friendly. We've never had any problems from them in our many years dealing with them, even while paying off our mortgage.

What an incredible branch. I was here last friday around 4pm and "the bankers were already gone" The lady told me to call and make an appointment. I called and luckily no one answered the phone. Now I am here sitting, waiting for a banker and there were 2 people arrived after me and they are already inside talking to the banker, and I am still here sitting and waiting... I wish I didn't need to use chase services, they're the worst...by the way the cup you see in the picture was here last friday when I came...just saying!

I had the most brutal experience trying to open multiple accounts. The tellers were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They said I needed an appointment, to which I replied “I can’t make an appointment with someone when the phone isn’t answered. The one time the answered, they hung up on me without saying a word. According to the corporate customer service “it is very rare that a branch will answer the phone due to having a customer service department which you are taking to.” The young boy behind the counter smirked throughout me trying to get information and a meeting with a business banker, in the most disrespectful way I’ve ever dealt with, especially from a place I was going to trust with the business of handling my money. I will not be opening any accounts with Chase.

They simply don't answer the phone. Tried for over an hour to get a hold of anyone and couldn't get them to answer the phone at all. There is a consistent lack of customer service across these reviews, with no response from Chase. Guess they dont care if their bank has a two star rating, so don't think they are going to care about you! This is not a branch you want to do business with. If you're the branch manager, please. Call me and explain why you guys are such low performers, and why you think you don't need to answer the phone ever at this branch.
