This is one of our favorite stores. There is so much to look at and choose from. We like all the seasonal stuff they have. And lot's of home decor to choose from. Also all the craft items they have. And the prices are quite reasonable. They have a lot of sales which help. We also really like the fact that this is a Christian based store and we enjoy the nice music as we shop. The employees are all very nice and helpful. Hobby Lobby is way more than just a craft store. We would definitely recommend doing some shopping here.

Enjoy shopping here, but certainly they do not get the business from me they could, due to all the Chinese items they have. Just feel like a store based on Christian values would stay away from these.

We recently made a large purchase of a cutting machine, nearly $400. The receipt states that items can be returned within 90 days. When we tried to return it with all original packaging and receipt we were told an opened box cannot be returned. No mention was made of this when we bought it. Never going back.

I love spending time in this store! It's always clean and beautifully arranged. They constantly work to keep the shelves nicely stocked. Also, I have always had very good experiences with the employees and managers whenever I have needed assistance.

Everyone in this store is kind except a certain employee. My mom and I went in to look around for items for a party. We found something on the top shelf that we liked and we went go ask an employee for help. When we greeted the employee, she was very short and rude with my mom. When we asked her for help with the item on the top shelf, she began knocking over items on the ground in a startling manner to get to the item my mom wanted. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we will avoid her next time we go in.

Purchased a sewing machine in April, never used it. Brought it back to the store with the receipt to return it. Manager approaches tell me that the item can not be returned. No where on the receipt does it stays that a singer sewing machine can not be returned. He goes back to check something comes back with a picture of a sign that I have never saw before. I advise him that the receipt does not state such, he tells me the box was open, which he opened up him self, I tell him you just opened it up and pulled all the stuff out, than he tell me its not in the right order, I ask him how would he know then he tells me he just went back and opened up a machine. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, rudeness. I will file better business bureau. Will never go back to HL.

My boyfriend and I came in toward closing desperately looking for a nice gift box to fit a vase we ordered for his mom’s birthday and the store was so patient, kind, and helpful in finding the right dimension box. They had exactly what we needed. Store went above and beyond. Wonderful customer service and we will definitely be back :)! Store is quite immaculate and well organized!

I found what I went after and a lot of things I didn't know I needed. This store has stayed consistent with cleanliness, organization, and is almost always everything is fully stocked. I like that I can take my miniature poodle in with me too! I put a thick towel down in the cart and he loves sitting there very quietly looking around while I shop.

Clean and well lit. They have supplies for lots of different hobbies, although because of the variety there selection for each hobby is not extensive. Clean public bathrooms and friendly staff. A great place to shop.
