I've found them very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions when I called. They replaced my phone screen on 2 occasions and it was covered by my item insurance.

I am over the top happy with this experience. I had a phone that was damaged due to a bad repair place. I brought them the phone and asked if there was anyway that I could get into the phone just to extract the files and up load the photos to a cloud. They helped me out so much and got everything I needed extracted. It did take some time but the people where very nice, helpful and down to earth.

We are constantly amazed at the professional customer service and honesty from each of the CPR technicians we have worked with over the years. With four kids who all have cell phones and/or iPads, we utilize their services quite often and repair time is rarely more than an hour and the quality of repair is unmatched! We appreciate CPR of BG so very much and recommend them for all technology repairs!

The people who work here are very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We’ve recently had issues with PS4 systems that ultimately were a combination of an APU being broken and hard drives needing factory resets, and with each issue they’ve done a lot of work for us and kept us informed on what the issues and potential fixes were each time. The overall charge for all of the work they put into the whole process of us trying to get everything working again was lower than I ever would’ve anticipated. I’m thoroughly impressed with the staff here, and my partner and I plan on coming to them for any tech issues we can’t solve on our own in the future.
