We found the manager to be rude, insulting and difficult. I would recommend driving an hour to the Lenoir store if you need any kind of customer service. Makes you miss Kmart

What is Tractor Supply going through??? Web site keeps freezing then crashes. And who doesn't stock pressure washer at the being of summer??? Even better have one on sale, but no one in the 3 surrounding countries have it in stock. Not even going to say anything about being over charged and caught it well after the fact. So a just ate the 2 buck and said the heck with it... One Very Disappointed Customer

Over Charged & Missing Items! Watch when checking out, this location is known for overcharging on items vs. what the price is on the tag on the shelf! Also, watch that you pay for what you actually are getting! I was overcharged for bulk bolts by $20+.

I been buying feed for my horses for years with tractor supply never once had a problem with them price matching the house brand sweet went there twice Manger did not want to price match the feed is over 12 dollars at this store an it's 8.29 in the Wytheville va store now I called customer support they told me two different things one lady said they are supposed to price there own store even if not in the same district an then one lady said from customer support said its up to the Manger??? OK REALLY ??? SO YOU CAN HAVE A POLICY BUT THE MANGER CAN MAKE THERE OWN RULES AN REGULATONS AN POLICYS I never had a problem price matching at any other store beside the boone nc location an the customer supply now will tell me two different things WHATS THE POINT OF A COMPANY POLICY IF THE MANGERS AT DIFFERENT STORE CAN MAKE UP THERE OWN REGULATONS AN POLICY ME PERSONALLY IF THATS WAY THE BOONE STORE IS GOING BE ILL NEVER FROM THERE AGAIN OR MY TRUCKING COMPANY WILL NEVER DELIVER A LOAD THERE AGAIN WILL REFUSE TO TELL THEM TO TAKE THE LOAD BACK

We have ducks, chickens and dogs. We get all of our supplies here. Have actually become friends with many of the staff. They sell poultry as well. We bought 8 ducks and 12 chickens this season. As well as materials to build their houses and pens.
