Customer service is everything. Here was my experience: A tall blonde woman greeted me hastily as she was quickly walking by. A short man with brown hair caught my eye and said nothing to me as I proceeded through the foyer. I passed him again q couple of times, more eye contact, more silence. A young lady with long brown braided hair sitting at the desk on the lower level did not speak to me during the 5 minutes I was searching for my faucet, and when I turned around to ask for help, she had actually disappeared!! Ten minutes of absolute silence in a showroom with a client willing to spend money. How do you let that happen guys? I'll be shopping at competitors from now on. The extra star is only because they carry good products. Shop here for your last resort.

I went to several plumbing supply places in Greenville looking for faucets to fit a clawfoot tub. I couldn't get the help or guidance needed until I stepped foot in Design on Tap. Linda ordered exactly what I needed. She was professional and an easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

Nonnie is fantastic! Very personable and prompt in returning phone calls. I almost didn't call the store relative to it being downtown, but they are down to earth people with exceptional prices! Their quote on the shower heads I needed beat out every other store I called.

I would highly recommend this place for you bathroom remodel needs! Nonnie worked with us to get us the perfect tub in the perfect price!
