Very clean store. Everyone is friendly and the coffee is hot and accessible in coffee pots on warmers. Not like other stores where coffee is placed in the large dispenser and the coffee gets cold. Have been a customer of this store for 6 years. I travel and go into other stores. This is the best store.

The worst place to put gas in Tampa, This is our first time visiting United States and this is how this Person MR. Henry Treat the tourist, He can’t sale beers to to none citizens With a passport, I ask to see what was the law he was talking about and he couldn’t even show me. Shame on you 7 eleven. This man was the worst non educated men, des respectful. I’ll be making a complaint with Humans right comisión so that they can verify that this stores in general have their license and follow city regulations.

Great variety. Once the app is downloaded you get plenty of perks and rewards that come just from shopping. Any size cup of coffee anytime of day is only $1. Plus every 7th one is free. With all the fixings they offer such as different creamers, flavors, toppings and coffee options you can't go wrong. Staff is welcoming and helpful if you ask for a fresh brew coffee. Restrooms are well cleaned and coffee bar is stocked and cleaned as well. Each one I have been too is very similar and I drink about 4 cups of coffee per day each day. Also when asking for hot food if there are items not to your standard or liking and maybe they are out of it then ask they have gladly been able to make fresh products for me. Other options the app is helpful with is the deals that are offered with the app. The variety is gives such as coffee and bakery item or ice cream by 2 offers or soda options . They also promote healthy hiet options such as a water, Gatorade, protein snacks and save the reward points and get bunch of cool free stuff from pizza to bakery items to red bull and so on. Overall a good experience and good friendly we service. I visit 7-11 everyday

Terrible service. Needed to pay with cash for gas, and was left waiting for over 10 minutes at the register (while the line grew longer) as the cashier helped another customer, who was running around the store collecting his items. Even though there was a growing line st the register of people needing to pay for gas.

Had my car breakdown ,then cell went dead.Had finished pumping gas then my car would not start.after pushing the car out of the way the manager Mario Irigoyen allowed me to use his phone several times over the course of 2 hrs to arrange towing for vehicle to New Port Richey.Its customer service over and beyond the norm that i will remember and not forget.I will make a point to go out of way to go see Mario when in the area and thank him again for helping a person in need.Kudos also to the two cashiers who were there as well. Definitely great service with greater attitude.

I just left there and had to give a compliment to the man working there tonight. He was very friendly and helpful. He even made me fresh food -very much appreciated after a long day. Give this man a raise 😉.

Worst customer service ever there today at 1:15 pm 4/27/18. The sales associate was rude, raising her voice and talking over me while I was trying to inquire about my purchases. I live close, but I will NEVER spend $$$ at that store again😖

My son locked my keys in my car after working a 12hr shift. One of the young workers, Cardena(spelling maybe off), went out of her way to find something and rigged it up to unlock my door. It was a difficult task and she didn't give up.. I am so grateful for her. She definitely saved the day. She went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Horrible Racist White woman named Darlyn (clerk), calls the police on innocent young Black youth who happen to make her "afraid" My son and his friends, who are young African American teenagers with a young lady friend who happened to go into the store to make a purchase while they waited outside after eating at the Japanese restaurant across the street FEARED FOR THEIR LIVES on November 14th 2015. They are suburban teens, we don't need to steal, rob or kill anyone, they are spiritual children, but she saw fit to have 3 cop cars roll up on them just for their skin color and her ignorance. The cops apprehended them on the side of the street and later let them go with no reason for suspicion. Thankfully us moms were on the way! If your children are of color, they are not SAFE at this 7/11. Good kids, with no weapons, no arrest records, no criminal history will be apprehended if DARLYN gets a bad vibe based on her feelings.
