Over the weekend, I went to the Pineville location to look for some island lights. I was greeted at the front desk and didn't see a sales rep for a while. When someone did help, I was snapped at when asked a question regarding finishes. She, the sales rep, recognized her rudeness when I was visibly taken aback. She tried to reframe her response, but her feelings were clear. I thanked her and walked out. I can order on numerous online lighting sites, but I was trying to support a brick and motor store. Next time I'll save myself the 25-minute drive and attitude and just order online.

I normally do not like leaving reviews, but our experience here was awful!!! Went in the store in Pineville and we were looking for (to start) at least 5 lights, turning into the rest of our house. The initial visit was nice, but no one ever reached out to us again. I emailed Malia 2x about a specific light we liked and I never received a response, just an out of office email response. I waited weeks and still no response. I called the store and got Amanda, who at first seemed great, I complained about Malia and the lack of response. Amanda answered my first email and then I never heard from her again! I guess they don’t want my business. I had a few lights I was going forward with and just had questions about a light I wanted in our hallway front door entrance. I am not going to buy a light unless I know it fits. No one in the store could give us a definite answer whether a light fixture would fit or not which made us feel uneasy. So of course we had to go home and remeasure. But never heard from anyone again. Seems like you need to know everything about lighting before stepping in that store so they don’t have to help you. I needed expert help and got far from that. I bought my lighting elsewhere and they gave us expert guidance and help. I do NOT recommend Lee lighting. Also, doesn’t seem like anyone checks their reviews either. Good luck

Extremely rude manager, you do not want to have to return any items or be bullied by the manager like my wife was trying to return one pendant light, (gave us two differently made lights). We have bought several thousand dollars worth of lights from them in the past. The owner should be ashamed to have a manager like that especially for such a high end store. Beware!

The customer service here is sub-par. I will not be returning here. The communication is horrible and the lights are extremely expensive. The lady at the front, Dana, is rude and when you ask her anything she “doesn’t know”.

It’s been a few months now, but I loved my experience at Lee Lighting with Ashton. I have an older house and have recently done a kitchen remodel and needed to replace light fixtures. Ashton greeted me immediately and gave me some really good ideas. She was very professional and attentive to my needs. I haven’t purchased yet, because we are remodeling the living room too, but will be placing an order with Ashton soon. THANK YOU!

They have a large selection to choose from. We purchased kitchen lighting there a few years ago and had a great experience. They were very busy when we went in so no one come over to speak to us. We have been looking for something very specific for our bathrooms. We weren’t able to find what we were looking for so we did not make a purchase.

Great value with high quality products. Ask for Brenda, she picked our front door chandelier and it fits perfectly. She has the best taste for the light fixtures! Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for light fixtures and don’t want to spend a ridiculous price on it then you should not miss Lee Lightning

There are so many options to choose from and the service was great. They offer fans and lighting of all sorts to include pendent lights and even outdoor lantern lights. The pricing did appear slightly high.
