Dear Jesus please help those lost souls who wonder aimlessly without a any direction towards the items for which brought them to the thousands of people who have been unable to find the sacred prizes that had summoned them on their quest for door bells or something only home improvement mega stores provide in my case simple under cabinet lighting for my funko Pop collection. Which took 48minutes and 4 different cemetery directors to help me on my epic journey and all had different answers my wife legally blind found them or we would have been looking still for my glorious lights . Which cost 49.00 bucks for stick on led lights 2. On our through Dantes maze we happened upon a set for 8.99 thank goodness that we wondered on accident down 👇 a cobweb filled area finding a man mumbling drill bits in the malaise of distortion left by the loss of the entire reason for his being in the Depot lost by fatigue and lacking nourishment for years. Why do we subject ourselves to a store bigger than the panthers stadium 🏟 what to local hardware stores . No no place no reason no answers no direction or any way you're finding 1 thing in 29thousand nine hundred and forty two point seven things per half isle and the application is a halloween experience that has to be tried to believed . Sincerely took out a loan for 8 aa batteries. Paying till July 2029.🥀 ⚰️⚠️👻☠️💀🕸🎃 ✝️🛐

Unfortunately they were out of most of their Milwaukee power tools, but I got them through Home Depot's website so it's all good. People were kind and courteous, good selection of the hand tools I was looking for. Would go back.

We visited this Home Depot 08-21-22. Ms. Petra went above and beyond giving us 5 Star customer service. We live 2 hours away and needed to get an item that was not available nearby. Ms. Petra made sure my item was retrieved from a top shelf and personally helped us put it in our vehicle.

Recently bought a fridge, that when adding the 5 year warranty totaled over $2,000. The ice maker never worked. We waited an extra day thinking it just needed some time. I tried calling multiple times and got bounced around, but never was able to reach someone. When I finally went to the store I was informed because it was past 48 hours I would have to file a warranty claim. Just be careful because they will sell you defective appliances and it’s past 2 days they won’t do anything to help.

After many of buying tools and equipment from home depot. Today I experienced the most flagrant Racial discrimination by a young white staff associate. Either he was stone, lazy or fears helping minority customers then when his behavior was brought to the attention of his manager his attitude was as this is normal practice at this location.. unbelievable what the shopping experience at this location has become...

This location is great. Their curbside pick is very fast. I quit going to the Rock Hill location that is closer to my house because of how much faster this location is.

Pathetic customer service and rude customer service agents. I was talking to one of the customer service agent for getting % off coupon which I was unable to apply online. She was so rude, I did try to explain the situation but she didn’t listen. She offered me to get something right now (right now at that point) if the coupon needs to apply. How can I buy anything at runtime right but she didn’t agree. Another customer service agent came in our discussion, starter screaming and rudely said this is how it is we cannot do anything. I never went back to the Home Depot after this humiliating experience.

Stood at the tool rental desk for over an hour with my kid while these two employees back there, who clearly had no idea what they were doing, kept messing up my warranty return. They were supposed to refund my deposit, but couldn't figure out how to do it. Told them I needed to leave soon, and asked 4 time if they needed to call someone. They just ignored me and kept fumbling over the situation. They were both getting extremely aggravated and began taking it out on me. They told me to just leave and come back some other time to get my deposit because they can't figure it out. We got into a heated exchange where both Home Depot employees were yelling at me in front of other customers and my kid. Finally they get a manager back there and he can't even figure it out. When I asked him to have a word around the corner, one of the employees followed us menacingly. The manager had to yell at her to go back to her station. What in the world is wrong with this store? It's not the first time I've had an absolutely bonkers interaction with a store employee here. Probably never shopping home depot again.

I have a gift card issued as store credit. My name has legally changed since I made this return. I scanned my current license and it voided my gift card since my scanned id doesn’t match the name on the gift card. Management refused to help me. I asked them to reissue we a new gift card. They would not. They lost a sale. What a terribly policy that punishes people with life changes.

I Dread going to The Home Depot Pineville NC 28134. The people are not friendly and make me uncomfortable. So today I politely wait 15 minutes for forklift operator to load partial pallet of hardscape block at garden center. These guys finally show and proceed to overload my truck with 2x what i bought, so I then proceed to do their job offloading pallet to the number I paid for onto a pallet I supplied. They were not only slow in purpose, they can't even count! Then as I am working to help them the forklift guy left. The remaining guy stopped helping and then leaned on forklift and watched me. At this point it was 40 minutes since purchase. This is the usual at this store. The manager didn't care, the other manager told me not to come back. Why? Easier then admitting this store is a hot mess and failed me. Worst location in the city, way worse then Wendover road. Done with home depot for this day they cost me time, half my work day, and trust in their people
