Only gave 1 star because I had to. Manager was rude to customers and employees. People were leaving instead of ordering. Will never return to this location. Worst one I've ever been to. Ordered 1 sandwich had to.oull out of line watch all the cars behind me leave this store no customer service the board to order from has no pricing on it not sure how to order something you don't know what it cost and last at drive through was mad at me because I am asking about the pricing not my issue I am a district manager for a big company and customer service is the key this place would a below 1 star if I could I will never come back to this location sad because it's 1.5 miles from my house. My house is in the the sub Division right up the street I will drive to next closes 1 which is more than 5mile away just so poor the service and nail In coffin waited ten min for a quarter pounder that was cold took 1 bite and it's going in the trash SMH.

Gave me the wrong order in the drive thru. I called to let them know that same morning. Promised to send me something in the mail, took my address 2 weeks later nothing came. Called back, took my address again 4 weeks later nothing 😒. So I called again after 6 weeks and I was offered any kind of recompenses for the delay or inconvenience. I was told "@ this point taking your address would be pointless"... which was correct but it would've been nice to have been offered the opportunity to come back to location and be properly taken care of.

Drove thru after a 12 hour day, ordered big mac meal, double cheese, med fry. Got home and was missing double cheese. Came back, lobby doors are locked, drive thru line was long, walked up to drive thru to ask for my missing burger, had to repeat myself 3 times. They did bring the burger out to my car. It was lukewarm....I am just going home now...I am done. Should have gone to chick fil a!

Been sitting in the drive through for over 30 min. Waiting for my food. Still haven’t received it. This is beyond ridiculous. Three other cars waiting in the drive through spots. No “fast” in this food.

I got a crispy chicken sandwich combo. The fries and the soda were good and up to McDonald's standards, but the chicken sandwich was the worst fast food sandwich I have ever had. It was dry and undersized compared to the competition. I will not be returning even if you give me a great price via your app. Fix you stuff

Well I can't say the best things about this but the drive-through line was really long. And the people who are serving me were kind of rude they had a little bit of too much attitude with me. But the food was amazing besides the other stuff it was a really good experience I would definitely go there again the food is really good. Especially the chicken nuggets go try them if you don't want to.

I went through the drive through and the lady said order when ready. I started to look over the menu and she yelled in a very unpleasant voice ORDER WHEN READY! I told her I was still looking at the menu. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Get to the window and they are all staining me down through the window. I waited a good 5 minutes and they finally came to the window and asked me to pull forward to wait on my chicken. I waited 10 minutes and ended up backing up to the window they were upset and I waited another 5 minutes for gross burnt and soggy chicken. How can it be dark and soggy? I could not eat this.

This was my favorite McDonald’s location for years when I lived in Belleville. Came to visit and stopped for dinner. This is now the place to go if you have time to waste and money to burn. We asked to have our fried changed because they were cold and had no salt on them. In return, after quite a wait, we received half full, cold and somehow still salt free fries. The filet o fish were requested without cheese, which was also too grand a request. Eventually after half an hour, we gave up and paid for a second meal at the Jimmy John’s across the street, wish we had just gone there to begin with. I hate to leave bad reviews but this location is so abysmal, I decided to sit down and try calling the manager, and then contacted the McDonald’s head quarters and took pictures to write this review. At the end of the day, McDonald’s while supposedly cheap is not free and this location was a waste of half an hour and $27.

Service was fast, but too fast apparently. It appears they forgot to put the cocoa powder in my drink, along with the whipped cream and chocolate. It tastes like watered milk. I would go in and ask for them to fix it but after reading the comments I chose not too.
