Shout out to Sharon H. and the wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable staff at Joe's Furniture! We had to cancel an order with Ashley Furniture since it kept getting pushed back, Joe's and Sharon saved the day. She worked with us showing many different pieces, was knowledgeable about different wood types, etc. She made the process so easy and we actually ended up getting a delivery date within a week for the particular dining set we chose! :) Shop Local. Seriously. Best decision I've made AND they even send a personal thank you note to customers and let you know they're here to help with future needs. That's the kind of service that distinguished Ashley's corporate from Joe's locally owned and operated. They deliver their own stuff, not contracted out drivers.

Lady was very disrespectful. My roommate and I were looking for new furniture for our apartment and we decided to check this place out. We told the lady most of the furniture was a bit too pricey and she told us to come back and check the dumpster sometime. I felt very disrespected and I believe comments like those shouldn’t be made to those working to get a degree and trying to better themselves.

We have spent over $20,000.00 at Joe's Furniture over the last 4 years. A mattress that we bought failed and since they don't carry Serta anymore, they can't help with a replacement. Very poor customer service!

Did not purchase anything.. but I will say to anyone (like us) that prefer not to be hounded by sales people, the female CSR did follow us around so closely that my wife and I could not even hold a private conversation. So, if thats a concern like it is for us.. dont bother. The furniture looked very nice and higher quality, and the astronomical prices reflect it.

My wife and I were shopping for a loveseat, sofa, leather recliner and an area rug. We stopped by Joe's earlier this year and worked with Sonya. She was a pleasure to work with helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Based on her suggestions, we bought all of the items we were looking for. Just had the items delivered last week. The delivery team was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I would strongly recommend Joe's for all your furniture/home furnishings needs. Absolutely the best in Prescott!!!!

Great selection of furniture in many different styles, brands, and price ranges. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We were helped by Steve, and he was an absolute delight to work with. We bought a high quality sleeper sofa at a very good price. This was our first visit to Joe's Furniture, and we will definitely be back.
