Fast service. Needed my rear A/C fixed ASAP for an upcoming trip. They got my van in quickly, called me and explained the issue and quoted me the approximate cost. Parts were ordered, arrived the next business day, and my van was fixed same day. Van blowing cold air! Don't get your prescriptions sent here unless you want them on hold for weeks at a time. I've been told my doctor sent over the wrong prescription, that insurance doesn't cover it anymore (a very basic generic med) and that I can no longer get it filled due to interactions when there has been zero change in my medication list (all separate calls to CVS). I called today and I asked what more I can do because I'm experiencing withdrawals. Apparently, they just needed to know I wanted the medication to be filled. I'm pretty sure me calling asking why i can't get my medication filled would mean I do want to continue the medication I've been taking. Weeks of wasted time calling CVS, insurance and doctors and experiencing withdrawals with no explanation and no apology. ~Whitney

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Patricia one of their reps instead of doing her job she wouldn't even run my check cause even though the name on the license was the same except it says the 2nd. Instead of running the check she set me out of line on my lunch break. When I asked for a supervisor she said she called them and I ended up having to call the store due to here lying to me the customer. So instead of having an easy lunch and spending money in their store, I went across the street to dierbergs got everything taken care of in a timely fashion. Buyer beware this store has bad reviews for a reason spend your money where you are wanted and welcome ~Phillip

Friendly staff and plenty of room. Humidor is well stocked. Wish they had more of the cool tall-backed chairs though. Enjoy a drink from the bar with your favorite cigar! ~E
