I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from MJ’s cars and from the beginning it was great service to the end, all questions were answered, then driving it home within 24 hours. A little over 3.5 weeks there was a couple of hiccups that occurred. Then 30 days into it, the car was not drivable. A call was made to MJ’s, with a quick return call from Matt, Owner. With reassurance given, our vehicle was fixed with covered expenses. Matt went above and beyond to make sure our car was go to go and safe to drive for my daughter!. Fast service. Needed my rear A/C fixed ASAP for an upcoming trip. They got my van in quickly, called me and explained the issue and quoted me the approximate cost. Parts were ordered, arrived the next business day, and my van was fixed same day. Van blowing cold air! Don't get your prescriptions sent here unless you want them on hold for weeks at a time. I've been told my doctor sent over the wrong prescription, that insurance doesn't cover it anymore (a very basic generic med) and that I can no longer get it filled due to interactions when there has been zero change in my medication list (all separate calls to CVS). I called today and I asked what more I can do because I'm experiencing withdrawals. Apparently, they just needed to know I wanted the medication to be filled. I'm pretty sure me calling asking why i can't get my medication filled would mean I do want to continue the medication I've been taking. Weeks of wasted time calling CVS, insurance and doctors and experiencing withdrawals with no explanation and no apology. ~Whitney
