Don't get your prescriptions sent here unless you want them on hold for weeks at a time. I've been told my doctor sent over the wrong prescription, that insurance doesn't cover it anymore (a very basic generic med) and that I can no longer get it filled due to interactions when there has been zero change in my medication list (all separate calls to CVS). I called today and I asked what more I can do because I'm experiencing withdrawals. Apparently, they just needed to know I wanted the medication to be filled. I'm pretty sure me calling asking why i can't get my medication filled would mean I do want to continue the medication I've been taking. Weeks of wasted time calling CVS, insurance and doctors and experiencing withdrawals with no explanation and no apology. ~Whitney
