I just wanted to say the people at Fred Meyer jewelers are fantastic. I took in a necklace that I thought was a total loss. It was a Tiffany chain, very thin and tangled. The kind woman at the counter, was able in about 15 minutes to untangle it like new. When I asked how much it was, she said nothing. This made my day. It's a sentimental item and the customer service at the store was fantastic. ~Lori
