The owner Paul is amazing. I showed up a bit late for my oil change yesterday but he made sure he got my car in and serviced. The whole crew are good people, it's a very clean business with a great waiting spot. Best service ever and will bring any car stuff here in the future. SG

I came to Weldon Tire due to a leaking tire. They were extremely helpful, especially the assistant manager Allen who was able to assist me with picking out a set of four brand new tires. Will definitely be a return customer

Considerate, they performed the services expediently, communicated well and were very accommodating. Persons dealt with: Paul and Allen I had a leak in one of my tires, so I called to make an appointment and spoke with Paul. He arranged the appointment with no issues. On the day of my appointment, I arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but Allen assisted me and he immediately got my vehicle in for service. Less than 1-2 hours later, Paul called me to notify that there was a nail in the tire and it had been plugged and repaired, then advised me that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised with Paul and Allen's customer service skills and their level of courtesy. For all of these reasons, I would absolutely return to Weldon Tire in Bedford Hills. I hope to continue this rapport. Thank you, Gentlemen!

Fantastic spot. There are very few places that provide free tire air with automatic stop at a predetermined PSI. I had more than a flat to fix. They were able to replace the flat, AND replace struts and shocks in record time. I waited writing my review to make sure the wheels stayed on. So far so good. I will be returning.

It was such a pleasure to experience Weldon Bedford Hills' outstanding customer service. Allen and Paul were very patient, answered all my questions and put me at ease. I can't speak highly enough of them. I'm so pleased with their service that this location will be our go to from now on. I highly recommend this establishment.

Unbelievable customer service. Got a flat on 684 and limped the run flat tire over to the shop. Was literally back on the road in less than 2 hours after the shop secured the replacement tire from a sister shop (despite the shop being very busy). THANK YOU for incredible service! Cannot recommend more highly!

There are 2 things I care about most when it comes to service locations: realistic expectations (time, cost, etc) and respect. I don't want anyone to go out of their way to be crazy nice, I just want to be respected as a consumer. A lot of places don't do that, but I appreciate that Weldon does. They are courteous and provide information w/o overstating the problem or trying to upsell me. I appreciate everyone I've spoken to and worked with there, so I will absolutely be coming to this location anytime I need service.

This was a great place. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Especially women that have to worry about their car and don’t have a trustworthy mechanic or shop. For me it has been bit stressful finding a good shop. I was used to having a guy handle all the vehicle needs. Now having to do it myself - I decided to ask my male co-workers since I work in a warehouse for tires. And I was eventually sent here which I was very satisfied when I left. The men who work here are very respectful and professional. Paul and Allan Made me feel comfortable. Allan worked on my car and even showed me what the car needed. He explained thoroughly. Not just tell me like others will do just to rip you off money and hardly explain. It was also nice and clean considering it was a shop. I will bring my car here for any future work needed again!

These guys are great. I bought my first set snow tires for my Tesla Model 3 and then a new set of all-season tires from them. Professional, consultative, and made recommendations that were helpful as opposed to just trying to sell me sh*t I didn't need. I'll be going back to them for all my vehicles in the future. [A much more pleasant & personal experience than the other Discount Tire shop down the road!]
