I ran over a screw on the way to my doctors appointment this morning and noticed it at about 6pm. I called over and they guys told me to bring it right over. Tom had me in and out within a half hour maybe less! Both Tom and Matt were super nice. I would definitely recommend both to anyone. Thank you so much, you guys were awesome!!!

Requested an inspection (cost $21) and tire changeover and balance from winter to all-season tires (cost $70). Manager scheduled me for 11AM and I dropped it off at 10:15AM. Wasn’t ready until 4:30PM. For it to take that long, with only having to install a TPMS sensor (did this even though I said I did not want but at least gave some discount( cost $30), They are either very busy or have to deal with training new employees - probably a bit of both by what the mechanic manager had to say. Fortunately for me I was not in a huge rush. I would go back there but I would be hesitant to do so if you have a specific time you need to have the vehicle by. Managers are friendly and will take the time to explain issues.

Blew a tire today 30 miles from any open tire repair other than Walmart, put a donut on and called mavis tire in Herkimer. Spoke to Matt on the phone who was beyond kind, and said they could get me in when/if I can make it. Made the drive and am not disappointed at all. Professional and kind. Much appreciated mavis tire in Herkimer/Matt !

Stopped in for front end noise. Ended up just being ice so no charge for that. Got 2 tires as mine were getting low on tread. Work was done fairly quick as I had no appt. Price was good. Matt was very pleasant to work with.
