Staff are robots, robots that can't provide any useful info, Walmart needs to reopen 24hrs as I'm 2nd and 3rd swing shift and find it hard to get what I need after 2nd shift and I'm so whooped on 3rds

This store is well stocked, clean, helpful stall, and polite. Even other customers are friendly and will help others. Manager will take the time to explain why something has changed and cashier doesn't do it anymore. They will even help in getting groceries in car,. I have enjoyed the people with only one bad day thru the years. I applied for a position and just started. Why not get to know more people in mo. And get what I may need before going home. While making money since our govt isn't working for us, in my opinion.

I literally had to write a review on how good, well kept and how the shelves and freezers are fully stocked. Not to mention all the employees were not standing around on they phones. working some of the surrounding Walmart locations managers such Veterans Memorial or Saint Peter's Jungleman can really learn from this O'Fallon Highway K location. I was highly impressed. You can tell which stores has the proper management or management who does not play games. Thanks, well done Highway K. I might ad I'm writing this review at 11pm, that's how much it was a must to give this store recognition!!

the people in cellular department are rude and really don’t want to help you do anything. i was there to purchase a sim card kit for my phone and the tall gentleman with glasses asked me where i bought my phone from which i replied from apple and he told me i can’t use the sim card kit on my phone and i am using that phone to write this review. and have had other phone companies…. i know that it wasn’t easy to get it work but it definitely worked thanks to the customer service from straight talk. i’m not sure if he just didn’t want to have to be off of his phone for 6 seconds to ring me out or what the issue is but i feel like if walmart is going to be a carrier for straight talk, they should train their employees on how to properly sell and use items accordingly. the sim card kits also come with THREE CHOICES OF SIMS, so if you are unsure or using a different carrier or even different size sim, it’s all compatible. straight talk is all about keeping your phone and switching to their network. that’s their whole marketing plan. not sure why i was being talked down to like a child by this employee or why he couldn’t even ring me out the sim card but i will be going to another walmart to deal with their cellular/ electronic department. not to mention the employees deserve to know what their talking about so these types of reviews don’t exist
