I have been a long-time customer of T-Mobile and I have never experienced this bad of customer service. I needed two screen protectors and have never literally been handed them to me. No conversation, didn't ask for our old protectors, just handed them to me. Worst T-Mobile experience ever.

Big shout out to the Hwy K branch in O'Fallon, MO. Devin was very patient and helped me navigate thru the insurance calls to get my claim filed for a cracked screen. Technician was great and had it fixed within hours.

Have been standing in the store without even any eye contact or presence acknowledged for over 45 mins by any of the staff. This is only the second time Ive been in this store since it became T-mobile and hopefully it will be the last.

If I could give zero stars I would. We are trying to move our service to another carrier and get the run-around everytime we try to get the process moving. This includes calling customer service, attempting to chat with customer service and going to a local store. Good luck if you decide to do business with this company.

Had a excellent experience. Kendrick did outstanding job of getting taken care with our plan and new phones . And getting our old sprint phones changed over to T-Mobile . Kendrick does a outstanding job with the whole T-Mobile experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Manager Melissa, Instead of helping she just said leave and called police. Didn't care at all about customer experience, or helping a customer. If I have any say, she will be fired by end of week. Oh, S21 has issues, they won't stand behind there recommended phone. While I appreciate your "Owner" response it does not change the fact that instead of being treated as a customer, I was treated like some kind of criminal with the police being called before the manager even attempted to help me. Amazingly, I left your store (told to go there for your tech dept.) and went back to my original purchase location. They called corporate, got my contract cancelled for the S21's and sold me 2 new I-Phones. All this was completed in less that one hour.

The Guys and Gal at this store are the greatest. I drove an hour and a half too get there. They jumped on it right away now I have a brand new looking phone. The people from Assurion wanted to charge me $275.00 to repair it, then they told me it was unrepairable. Well long story short they fixed it even put a screen protector on it. Total price $29.00. They get a 1000% for service. Great place if I have any more problems we headed to that Store. Thank you guys!

Noah(may have been jonah) was awesome set me up on a new family plan and a new line and saved me $$$. Learned new terminology today that I am a "sprint legacy" customer lol. GREAT customer service at this location would recommend to everyone! Made an appt got there 10 min early and had no problems no wait.
