Store was very clean and not cluttered. Employees were all very friendly. They are in the process of adding Sophia to their location so, they have moved many departments too other areas. Happy that they have a bigger women's plus department which, is about 10% bigger than what they had prior to there remodel. Diffently more to choose from. My only disappointment is they have gotten rid of there nicer jewelry counter.

My opinion of Kohl's has not changed they do not have much for plus-size people as their plus-size starts off at size 12. The aisles in the store are tiny it is difficult to get down especially in the shoe area. And most of the shoes you will not find over a size 9.5

Love kohl’s the young mens/ mens department has changed. I like the new layout. I think they can and need to open back up all dressing rooms. Kohl’s cash is always great and friendly employees.

My visit at Kohl's was epic ! My Hubby & I simply went in, easily found the three items I needed plus they had quite a selection, also at check-out tme, there was no long wait, and the cashier was friendly. Kohls does NOT disappoint.

My visit at Kohl's was epic ! My Hubby & I simply went in, easily found the three items I needed plus they had quite a selection, also at check-out tme, there was no long wait, and the cashier was friendly. Kohls does NOT disappoint.

They have a sign at the door stating everyone that enters must wear a mask and i believe they even had a box of masks in case someone didn't have one but when I went to the Amazon counter to do a return there was a couple being served and neither had a mask on. It would be nice if they enforced the policy. They sanitize the fitting rooms after each use and they keep clothes that have been tried on for full day before they are returned to the rack. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kohl's now offers Amazon returns in store. You don't have to print a label or pack it up. Just process the return at Amazon.com or through the app and you'll get a qr code. They scan that at the store and do the rest for you. It's mighty convenient. I also got a 25% off coupon with my Amazon return so I got this Nike sweatshirt for $15. Pretty sweet!
