Best cell phone store in O'Fallon, Missouri (MO) 2024

I have been a long-time customer of T-Mobile and I have never experienced this bad of customer service. I needed two screen protectors and have never literally been handed them to me. No conversation, didn't ask for our old protectors, just handed them to me. Worst T-Mobile experience ever. ~Joanna

I have had some very unfortunate luck with phones these last two weeks -- my Galaxy S22+ completely died, and my temporary replacement phone was having issues with the SIM card. Each time, the staff here has risen to the occasion and have patiently helped me each time I needed it. Nick especially is a superstar, staying past the end of his shift to make sure I was taken care of, even though he didn't have to. My family and I are so grateful for the helpful employees here! ~Maddy
