We were there for awhile getting things done and Brian was great through all of it,very helpful and patient

Service was extremely slow. We ended up having to leave after waiting for 45 min. The manager had checked us in and said it won’t be long and said that we were next. While we sat we watch 3 different retail reps finish up with their customers and go to the back room. Not one of them said a thing to us. We asked a rep that was helping another customer. She said that they went to break.

First time to this store while visiting from out-of-state. Nice staff working their tails off while being short handed. Didn't have to wait long at all. Love T-mobile!

Was going to work here, but with how they run things, I barely want to be a customer. Worst phone experience I could have asked for. My phone was here for 36 hours the old and new for it not get transferred. And before that I had been in the store everyday for five straight days spending an additional 10 hours in store and going in many times to still not have all my photos and apps. Then called up there three different times to check on my phone. With only getting one of them answered to them to not know anything and since unknown on my phone status transfer with google photos storage. Been an week and no call back as they stated they would on Sunday. Daniela was a good sales associate however, I’m very unhappy and can’t wait to get out of my two year contract so I can switch phone services since they require you to put your phone into a two year contact to get the value of your old trade in phone to lock you in so you can’t switch service providers.

The worst one yet and the one in Liberty was pretty bad. I've been a customer for 8.5 years and contemplating switching to another carrier because they have really dropped the ball. I convinced my man to switch to them and have had issue after issue after issue since. Still waiting.....

I’ve had an issue with my phone for about 2 months. I thought it was my old phone that was a problem but then I got a new one and it kept messing up. I tried everything I could on my end and couldn’t get it to work. I took it up to T-Mobile and Clem helped me fix this issue in 10 minutes! Extremely nice staff and beyond thankful that they helped me with it!

Arrived at a busy time, with a broke phone. Courteous staff ensured each waiting customer was logged into waiting list. Within 40 minutes I had a new phone with my data. Great job!
