Best cell phone store in Blue Springs, Missouri (MO) 2024

Was going to work here, but with how they run things, I barely want to be a customer. Worst phone experience I could have asked for. My phone was here for 36 hours the old and new for it not get transferred. And before that I had been in the store everyday for five straight days spending an additional 10 hours in store and going in many times to still not have all my photos and apps. Then called up there three different times to check on my phone. With only getting one of them answered to them to not know anything and since unknown on my phone status transfer with google photos storage. Been an week and no call back as they stated they would on Sunday. Daniela was a good sales associate however, I’m very unhappy and can’t wait to get out of my two year contract so I can switch phone services since they require you to put your phone into a two year contact to get the value of your old trade in phone to lock you in so you can’t switch service providers. ~Katelynn

I’d give them a 0 star if I could but I can’t so they get a 1 star rating today. Completely unprofessional treatment at this location by one girl today. I didn’t get her name but she was very unprofessional and rude. We’ve had problems with signal and the corporate office told us to go in person and they would take care of it but they didn’t. She was rude and basically treated us like we were crazy and that we were stupid. Thought she was the only opinion that was correct and said we needed to replace all of our phone and didn’t give any other advice but spending an arm and a leg. She was not helpful and shouldn’t be in customer service if she can’t just be kind and provide solutions. Really unprofessional and rude. Shouldn’t be an issue like this but did so this sucks. Changes my opinion of AT&T… ~Food

Geneveve is a wonderful employee. She was so helpful in helping me decide which phones to choose from for my mother and i. With a great attitude. Everyone needs more worker's like her. ~Megan
