They are disorganized as a result of being too busy. I waited for 10 hours for a procedure i had an appointment for and that was supposed to take 3 hours. My cat was discharged by one vet, had her catheter and IV removed and as we were leaving another vet decided to do another procedure so she had to get a new IV. I had to pay and my cat had the discomfort and shaving for 2 IVs instead of one because their own vets couldn't communicate.
Getting test results over the phone is also impossible. They wont leave a message and when you call back even though there are probably 6 vets working at a time only one is allowed to tell you the results and that isn't even the same person you met or performed the test so what is the logic? ~Lynne
