We've been sending all of our animals ( multiple cats and dogs) to Fine Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have been very happy with the care and medical attention that our fur babies are given. Dr. Fox is our primary Vet and he is very caring person who truly cares about his "patients" as well a being a great communicator with us. He always gives us thorough explanations until we understand exactly what the situations are during and after our visits. The follow up care is also fantastic, someone always checks in with us the day after any procedure to make sure things are well and if we have any concerns. They are disorganized as a result of being too busy. I waited for 10 hours for a procedure i had an appointment for and that was supposed to take 3 hours. My cat was discharged by one vet, had her catheter and IV removed and as we were leaving another vet decided to do another procedure so she had to get a new IV. I had to pay and my cat had the discomfort and shaving for 2 IVs instead of one because their own vets couldn't communicate. Getting test results over the phone is also impossible. They wont leave a message and when you call back even though there are probably 6 vets working at a time only one is allowed to tell you the results and that isn't even the same person you met or performed the test so what is the logic? ~Lynne

We've been bringing our three rabbits here since they were tiny babies. They've all gotten fixed here and visit regularly whenever there's a problem. We've always had amazing and effective treatment that keeps them all happy and healthy. Dr. Dewey and Dr. Marino both have rabbits and really know the ins and outs of rabbit care. The staff are fantastic and super knowledgeable as well. We've had our share of emergencies and it's such a relief speaking to them when we call in. Everyone here loves exotic animals and is passionate about caring for them. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. ~Harley

This was a great place. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Especially women that have to worry about their car and don’t have a trustworthy mechanic or shop. For me it has been bit stressful finding a good shop. I was used to having a guy handle all the vehicle needs. Now having to do it myself - I decided to ask my male co-workers since I work in a warehouse for tires. And I was eventually sent here which I was very satisfied when I left. The men who work here are very respectful and professional. Paul and Allan Made me feel comfortable. Allan worked on my car and even showed me what the car needed. He explained thoroughly. Not just tell me like others will do just to rip you off money and hardly explain. It was also nice and clean considering it was a shop. I will bring my car here for any future work needed again! ~MILLY
