They are disorganized as a result of being too busy. I waited for 10 hours for a procedure i had an appointment for and that was supposed to take 3 hours. My cat was discharged by one vet, had her catheter and IV removed and as we were leaving another vet decided to do another procedure so she had to get a new IV. I had to pay and my cat had the discomfort and shaving for 2 IVs instead of one because their own vets couldn't communicate. Getting test results over the phone is also impossible. They wont leave a message and when you call back even though there are probably 6 vets working at a time only one is allowed to tell you the results and that isn't even the same person you met or performed the test so what is the logic?

Had to bring my service dog in for breathing problems the staff and the dr where very professional and caring for my little girl. They treat the animals like they are their own and help you as much as they can. I will now start using them as my main vet for my dog. A nything for her is priceless!!
