Getting any kind of assistance once I drove off the lot was impossible. Customer Service phone numbers send you in circles and disconnect you. Says they will charge a 5% charge if you want to schedule a new rental with a person instead of online. I received a car with an inspection sticker that was over a year expired. I didn't notice it until I left and have been trying to get in touch with a person by both phone and email for a week with no success. ~Victoria
