Cigarette Burns, McDonald's French fries and trash, kids toys,etc. It wasn't sanitized as they advertise either. More like i borrowed an employee's car. My $40 A-day rental coverage ended up costing me over $240 and keeps increasing even after I've returned the car days ago! As of today i get a call saying car was great now here's how much (more) after all was said and done. I am now on a campaign to make them do right by me because they can work numbers however they wish. I would never use the Berlin NJ office again.. AMANDA the manager is condescending! She spoke to me as if I were a child. Today's manager who called said he had no record of complaints. I complained constantly to Amanda. Then EMAILED, FB AND TWITTERED THEIR COMPANY! I don't know why progressive uses them but I'm taking this to the BBB, social media, the press and court.. The regional office won't even call me back. I'm so disappointed I'd advise not to use them with your auto insurance. Hopefully progressive will choose a different company by the time I'm finished. I hate to be taken advantage of when the next person can order a kia rio and get a Benz for the same price. I have seen that! I used to rent just fit fun and never had this experience. People do what they want to do. But I'm not not the stupid woman she treated me as. BTW I DID EMAIL THEM MY INFORMATION. AND THE LOCATION. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS CALL. CALL ME AND RESOLVE IT!

I was surprised to find the inside of the windshield very dirty when I picked up the car. It was so bad that I had to clean it before getting on the highway, because it was dark and raining and the poor visibility caused by the dirty windshield was unsafe. I had to use Windex and paper towels and did the best I could in the dark. When I shared this with Carla, she only said she was sorry. I'm accustomed to much better service than this at Enterprise, especially when it comes to a cleaning and safety issue that caused such an inconvenience. Unfortunately, after all of these years, I think I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I have used this Enterprise location before and I have had a good experiences with the service there. On my last rental the new branch manager, Andrew Jones, was very helpful to me in setting up a rental for my wife who needed a rental while her car was being worked on after a fender bender. He work with me based on my work schedule and my wife's work schedule to pickup the vehicle easy for my wife. I appreciated his efforts.

Excellent. I made a reservation online which they confirmed the next day, then it took me 10 minutes to get the vehicle when I arrived: the longest part was myself checking the vehicle on my own accord. The manager, Katie, is extremely professional. I travel to the Philadelphia area frequently and have not had a better rental yet, and will stay with this location. Highly recommend

After having a bad experience with Avis/budget. I rented a vehicle for a week to travel to Florida from here. My experience was awesome. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The process was so easy. I would def recommend this location and enterprise to anyone!

Very happy with the Chevy Suburban that I rented for a week, the vehicle was incredible, however I did have an issue with my final bill due to a miscommunication at the time of renting. I emailed the company and was quickly contacted by the district representative Derek. He was extremely cooperative and worked with me to correct the issue. I appreciate his responsiveness, and Enterprise' effort to ensure my overall experience was exceptional, which they've accomplished.

The staff was great but the car was not so great. It had no pickup and really became aggravating to me. The car was a Chevy. I have rented from Enterprise, before, and never had an issue with a vehicle. Stick to the KIAs. They are awesome. Thanks.

The staffer who provided transportation to and from the office was a delight; friendly, professional, with a nice sense of humor. The only downside was that I requested a compact car but got a minivan! If I was willing to take more time and go to an alternate office, I could have gotten the compact.
