I recently went here because the gas was the most affordable around. We had to wait a little bit as the gas attendant was helping someone else with directions. He came over very apologetic, and friendly, and we struck up a conversation while he pumped my gas. I didn't get the older gentleman's name, but I'd give him an A+ for customer service. I even tipped him as it was hot, he was the only person on staff it seemed, and he was hustling back and forth but with a smile. Hydrating him for awhile was the least I can do.

They serve good deli and coffee. Also competitive prices they offer from surrounding pump station. True competitions with other similar brands in the town. Good ramping but still long way to go to be my all time fav brand. Keep it up, often customer!

I give this location 6 more months and they will be closed. Can't tell you how many times I pulled in for gas and every single pump was closed. I sat there 15 minutes one morning waiting for ANYONE to wander outside and fill my tank. Instead I could see their reflective vest sitting inside staring out at me till I left. Tip, you want gas go across street to the coastal. Always great service and they thank you every time for the business. I went inside one night on way home craving a hot dog. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes place was empty except 1 person hiding in the office. No way I'd buy chicken there that's been sitting out all day. Other night I stopped barely 1 drink in any of the refrigerators. Almost every soda, juice, water and energy drink gone. Don't blame supply chain because wawa and the royal farms in voorhees completely stocked. This is just poor management amd place headed to close if it keeps going like this. Now the royal farms rt561 in voorhees, I stop almost every day, plenty people work there, friendly, always clean and food fresh and completely stocked. Not this berlin location lol.

Then two of them came out here and was just talking, talking talking!!! Because he was not focused on what he was doing? I've always heard good things about the chicken, not impressed at all, looks like they were cooked, sat under heat lamps all day, then zapped again when we put our order in....waste of $15.

I live in Maryland and go to Royal Farm regularly. They are clean and well run. The fried chicken is cooked when ordered. The Royal Farms in Berlin, NJ, is a disgrace. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Clean it up and hire some responsible employees or better yet get in there and clean it up yourself.

Once to get gas and I had to get out and pump it late at night, kid came out when it was done just to sarcastically tell me to have a good night and go back inside. The other time I decided to try a bit of their food. I ordered cheese fries and they were regular, and my soup was filled like 1/4 of the way lol. They need new employees, the company clearly doesn't care about customer service or quality of...anything

Heard their chicken was good so I ordered some for delivery and it was just okay. Delivery wouldn't have affected the quality because it was a short drive. The 8 piece mix was super greasy to the point where I could barely eat it. I wonder if other locations serve it less greasy

I've always heard good things about the chicken, not impressed at all, looks like they were cooked, sat under heat lamps all day, then zapped again when we put our order in....waste of $15.
