The last few times I've rented from them I got horrible cars for a hundred dollars a day. Bad breaks. Stinky cars..dents scratches..just like everything else these days top dollar for bargain basement products. Shameful.

A great rental agency! They got my rental car over to the garage super fast. The lady who handled my rental was lovely and professional. A painless experience while my car was in the shop :)

I have had the unfortunate experience being rear ended twice in the last 6 months this enterprise has been amazing working with me and the insurance companies. Even having a brand new rental break down they were able to switch it out the same morning. Awesome customer service Zach is the best!!

I usually go to the ocean location due to it being closer but they didn’t have any cars available so I came to this location the “Belmar” location and might I say I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the ocean location just because how great Joel was ,his customer service was amazing and he made the reservation go smoothly so I thank him for that.

Went to pick up my reserved rental for the office to be closed, forwarding all their customers to the Asbury site. So paid for ANOTHER Uber to get there for them to not take my husband's pre-paid Debit card. The lady working there apologized (which made NO difference) and I had to pay yet ANOTHER Uber back. So 3Uber rides later and NO rental. Employee was supposed to call and confirm my rental (&give me all this info before picking it up and told me she "Was too busy to do so". I asked if I could pay cash or money order and she said yes to money order but to add $600 to it plus the rental fee. That's insanity! NEVER AGAIN

She got me another car quickly and I was on my way. I travel frequently and Enterprise has always provided great customer service to me and my colleagues.
