I have been to Jag One many times for many things. They work as a team and anyone will help at anytime. There is NOTHING negative to say. This particular time started with one issue and has gone to 3-4. Kristy has taken care of me when I was at the absolute worst. I have challenged her with serious problems and she has helped. If it wasn't for Kristy and the entire team to help I would have been paralyzed in a year. There are no words to describe how thankful and appreciative to have have them. They do not give up and are patient and encouraging. Kristy and all of Jag One deserve a gold medal. Thank you!!

This facility is not transparent in pricing and made me run between their billing department and my insurance. I will never recommend this facility. There are others who are more open to sharing pricing info for planning purpose!

This is the 4th Physical Therapy place I have gone to in NJ and by far the best. I have complete confidence in my therapist, Kristy. This is the most important thing to me. Big plus is that every one is super nice and caring as well. They are all there to help you from the start at friendly reception, and there is no rush to leave until you're finished your program. Nice pace, big room, scenic windows. I like that they have automated reminder texts about your appointments and send professional at-home-illustrated assignments to your email. Finally a PT I don't dread going to.

This is my second time going here for a more serious injury. The level of dedication, respect and care is amazing. The PTs and trainers are highly invested in their patients and if you put the time in you'll be just as good if not better than before. It was a no brainer as my choice for PT. I was playing in a basketball league shortly after my last session. I will always choose Cedar Knolls JAG-ONE for my PT needs.

Peggy is a fantastic physical therapist who works with you where you're at. She is great at coming up with multiple ideas on how to improve your functionality so you can get back to your optimal self. Peggy goes out of her way and exceeds your expectations. She is extremely personable and very encouraging with her optimism.

Bhakti Patel is a great Therapist. She was very attentive to my concerns regarding my pain and was able to get my pain level down with her professional skills and is very knowledgeable. JAG-ONE, Cederknolls is also great place to go for your physical therapy needs. I was also impressed as they followed CDC guidelines well during this pandemic.

I went prior to knee replacement...they were not busy yet my therapist did not work with me consistently. She was working with other patients and it seemed anyone who walked by gave me my next excerise. I had a problem with my knee and it would move into a position where I would be in a great deal of pain and I couldn't put any weight on it. This happened I tried to explain it to the therapist but he told me to get off the table I did so with difficulty...he then realized I wasn't able to walk so he told me to get back on the table. All this was very painful but the icing on the cake was when I left I could barely walk and while many therapist were idle and the whole room was glass windows they watched me hobble out to my car no one offered to help. After 2 appointments I never went back.
