The employees at Matthijssen who support Community Hope have always been friendly, professional, and efficient. Jeffrey is always a pleasure to work with - he is never surprised by my requests for help, he is knowledgeable of the most up-to-date technology issues (the problems in addition to how to fix them), he is very patient, understanding, and accommodating. He, and the rest of the team, are respectful of my time and recognize that I am usually a fish-out-of-water if my computer/technology is not working correctly. Their system for support tickets appears to be well managed since I almost always feel like my request is given attention in a reasonable amount of time.
