Rude people: I was at this Staples to get some print outs on 3/17/2021 evening, was talking to a rep about the specifics of the printouts. While we are talking she got a call, it took 20 min finish the call while I am waiting. I asked her that you took call in the middle of conversation and spend 20 min finish the call, that's not fair. You know what's her answer "The customer called over the phone get business of $500" but your business just couple of print outs. I spoke to the manager, that person didn't even said apology. So rude persons. Never visit this place. Either buy stuff at Amazon.com or printout - please FedEx which next block - the reps at FedEx are so professional and you actually get things cheaper than Staples.

I bought a laptop from Staples as a Christmas gift for my kid. It crushed during Windows updating two days after opening the box. I brought the laptop to Staples at Somerville Circle in Raritan although I bought it from different store. The manager, Joey Nardi, quickly went through the problem and decided to replace with a new one. Since there was no inventory for this store, he called a nearby store and explained the issue. But unfortunately, the model is not available at that store either. So Joey helped me order it online through all internal procedures. Through the whole process, Joey shows a greatness of professionalism: patient, familiar with the procedures, efficient and most important: care for the customers. I really appreciate his service and help very much!

This staples has the best print service around. I have used them for both personal and business and was satisfied each time. If something wasn’t right, they would do it again until it was correct. The shop is also affordable! We saved A LOT of money on our wedding invites when compared to any wedding related website. I can assure you we will be back for the thank you cards!

I received the worst customer service from the print department and manager at this store. Placed an order online at noon for a 1-hour pickup and my order still was not ready by 6 pm. I was told they were short staff, not my problem. However the manager did tell for an extra $15 he can make it a priority. Excuse me that sounds like a scam. At the close of business my order was still not ready I was told I have to come back tomorrow. Rediculous!!! Never again at this location.

They may have been short staffed in the morning, but this order was placed midafternoon Friday! No excuse not to have it ready and absolutely no excuse not to warn me when it wasn't going to be! This is the last time I will use Staples for my printing needs.
