My wife went here at 12pm today for routine bloodwork. Her insurance gives her a discount on her premium when she gets a physical and gets bloodwork done that shows she’s in good health. Here’s where everything went wrong: The woman put the blood pressure cuff on her and it broke off. She said “oh, this is the child one it’s the wrong one”. She then proceeded to put on the correct cuff. While taking her blood pressure she simultaneously began prepping equipment to draw blood. She told my wife that her blood pressure was 162/132 (EXTREMELY high) and that she needed to be seen by a doctor right away. My wife, in a panic, went ton the RWJ urgent care 2 min down the road. With how high her blood pressure was, the immediately saw her. They took it again, it was 109/74. So she wasted a $30 co-pay having to go to urgent care just for the information she was given to be wrong at labcorp (thank god). Now she’s rushing back to labcorp so they can correct her paperwork before it gets sent into the insruance and she’s ineligible for the discount as the blood pressure that labcorp reported would put her in poor health. Overall, poor experience. Phlebotomist was rushing, multi-tasking, not paying any attention to what she was doing and caused panic (and a waste of $30). Steer clear of this location.

They were so rude and i will not send any of my drivers there. Poor experience. Do not recommend going here. This place is not hygienic at all. I had to ask for them to disinfect and sanitize the area after the patient before me when the sign was clearly visible stating they disinfect the area after each patient visit. If you do not ask, they will not do it. Disgusted. The place was very transactional, the lady drawing my blood was not a good listener or nor very communicative at all and indifferent. She was too rough, tied the rubber band too tight on my arm and yanked the needle out my arm too fast causing unnecessary soreness. Please get better staff who actually give a damn and have decent people skills. Unacceptable.

I went here a while ago, but it was awful! They took me in right away, which was nice... but then everything else was horrible. The staff was cold and seemed aggravated. I have very obvious veins on my arm and the bloodwork hurt like hell and I had a bruise for 2 weeks. I have been going far out of my way to the location in Manalapan because they have been amazing the 8+ times I've gone there. Friendly, no pain, no injuries. I'll never go to this location again.

just went there as a walk-in (no appointment) at 1:20pm on a Wednesday and the waiting room was empty. I was literally in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Only had to do a urine sample so YMMV, but the staff was straightforward and helpful enough. By far my quickest and most efficient visit to any LabCorp.

Absolutely no compassion for a child with a brain tumor. Especially since this location is considered a pediatric location. After being told to use a small needle and the best location to draw blood, rude lady went into the crook of the arm with a large needle and had to dig around to find the vein. Disgusting, condescending, rude staff! I will never go back there again!!

This was a strange experience. I felt like a robot having to scan my health insurance card and ID. The place was very efficient in that I was shuffled from one station to the next and out in 15 minutes. But there was definitely a language barrier that made instructions difficult to understand. The place was fairly clean and staff seemed to know what they were doing.
