Came in to purchase a SyncUp Kids watch and activate the service to my account, and completed the whole process in 20min. Highly recommend you visit this location!

I've been a sprint customer for a long time. Andrew and his staff have been the most helpful associates from ANY store I've been too. They explained the fees, the monthly charges, and even take time when I show up to fix my small phone issues, and they taught me how to use my device better. If you are debating on which store to go to in the Northern Kentucky area this one is it. They truly care about their store and their customers. You won't regret visiting this location.

Unscrupulous sales reps at this location - DO NOT trust them. They charged us for activations that could have been done for free via the app. Current promotion is 3 lines for $120, with 3rd line free. They told us in-store only a 4th line was free & insisted it wouldn’t change our monthly bill. We logged onto the app afterwards to find the total monthly bill would now be $140/mo - with the extra $20/mo due to the 4th line (that we didn’t ask for or need). After leaving the store & doing research, we called customer support & learned the truth. We went back to the store and they refused to fix or refund anything because “the system wouldn’t allow them to”. Basically - sales rep pushed fees & a 4th line on us, costing over $90 upfront and adding $20/mo to our bill. We called customer service again the next day - they very helpfully fixed & refunded everything. Avoid this store like the plague.

Over the last 6 years of dealing with several different companies and reps, no one was more helpful, honest, and all around nice than Andrew M the store manager of this location. I recommend anyone who is looking at going to a T-Mobile location to visit Andrew in Ft. Wright. He deserves a raise!

I am 500 miles away and was worried she wouldn’t get the assistance she needed with the newer “fancy” phone. My worries we’re put to rest from the first time I called the store and spoke to Andrew, the assistant manager. Follow up calls with the store manager Andrew eases my mind. He was so personable and took extensive time with my mother. He not only got her new iPhone 12 set up, he took time to show her how to use it and even got her Apple ID set up complete and a second one corrected and deleted. The team of Andrew and Andrew made a stressful experience smooth and worry free. Next time I am in town I want to make certain to take the time to thank them for all they did.
