I had issues activating my phone after purchasing it online. I came to the Verizon store for assistance and Jordan W. was excellent. He was patient and able to solve all of my problems. I've been a sprint customer for a long time. Andrew and his staff have been the most helpful associates from ANY store I've been too. They explained the fees, the monthly charges, and even take time when I show up to fix my small phone issues, and they taught me how to use my device better. If you are debating on which store to go to in the Northern Kentucky area this one is it. They truly care about their store and their customers. You won't regret visiting this location. ~Ava

My doctor sent my prescription for my pain patch to Walgreens on July1,2022. It’s a special order that normally takes a day to get in.I knew they were closed Sunday and Monday and I was going to pickup first thing Tuesday. Well they didn’t order it so it was supposed to be into today. I am having withdrawals symptoms because the patch only lasts seven days. To top it all off a storm came through today at 3pm and they lost power and they closed for the day. My prescription was supposed to be delivered at 4pm. And I know when I call in the morning they are going to tell me they were closed and didn’t get their delivery so here I sit waiting probably until tomorrow afternoon waiting here in pain because someone didn’t do their job. ~Edward

Holy cow is this place huge and impressive! It sits on top of a huge hill by it's lonesome to let everyone know that they are there. Staff is super friendly. I've been to countless different PF's across the country in the last 3 years and this was the only PF where the staff who recognized I was a out of towner offered a tour of the gym. Very nice touch and made me feel welcomed. This is definitely one of the largest PF's in the country with huge swaths of space. If you seem yourself as introverted, this place has so much space that even when it's packed, you can find a area by your lonesome to workout unbothered. Now I do want to rate this place 5* and it kinda pains me to give it *4 but the bathrooms and locker room weren't clean. Other than that, great gym! ~Julius
