My doctor sent my prescription for my pain patch to Walgreens on July1,2022. It’s a special order that normally takes a day to get in.I knew they were closed Sunday and Monday and I was going to pickup first thing Tuesday. Well they didn’t order it so it was supposed to be into today. I am having withdrawals symptoms because the patch only lasts seven days. To top it all off a storm came through today at 3pm and they lost power and they closed for the day. My prescription was supposed to be delivered at 4pm. And I know when I call in the morning they are going to tell me they were closed and didn’t get their delivery so here I sit waiting probably until tomorrow afternoon waiting here in pain because someone didn’t do their job.

A huge thank you to Desmann, the store employee who secured my daughter's phone tonight! She had mistakenly put it down and left it at the store earlier when we had stopped in.. Fortunately Desmann found it and took it to the office for safe keeping. We are so grateful for her!!

Kelly was very helpful and pleasant despite business, and working during a pandemic. Cashiers do not get enough credit for the job they do. The responsibility, and patience needed.. Thank you Kelly I really needed that smile and positivity in life right now.

First, transfer your prescriptions if you use their pharmacy. I have to call on every prescription and figure out what they did wrong and how to fix it. Then I have to call the pharmacy back and tell them how to fix it. Calling them wouldn't be a big deal BUT I have waited up to an hour with no answer and I have to just hang up. I truly feel bad for older folks who need assistance because the staff has no idea what they are doing. Also, they post times that they are open but half of the time they are still closed...and closed all day Sunday. Save yourself the time and poor service and use a different Walgreens or another pharmacy chain. It's not worth the hassle!!!

Well now the pharmacy hours are 9-5 and that is it! I work those exact same hours, so how am I to get my medicine? I understand shortage if workers (well not really, that is hard understand), but you could at least have 3 late nights where they don't come in to like 11 and then stay to closing, or at least open at like the store does at 8:00. So again please answer me, how am I supposed to pick up my medicine? And I can't have someone else pick it up, it has to be me I just hope this doesn't last long.

Went in for passport photos today. Initially someone did help me, and then she told me to wait and she attended to everyone else. I am 5 months pregnant, and I had a doctors appointment in 20min. I was ignored by all the staff members while trying very hard to stay patient. Eventually, after two unmasked customers came and stood far too close to me, I lost a bit of patience and asked if I could come back later to collect my photos. No scene was made, I just decided to get in with my day instead of waiting around for who knows how long. At this point I’d been waiting for 30min since I arrived at the store, and had no idea how long the photos would take. I went to my appointment and when I got back the same staff member got my photos and told me that if I get angry easily I should go to an actual passport photo establishment. She tried to charge me $60 for my photos, and well, call it what you will (pregnancy hormones, being floored by the rudeness of a Walgreens staff member or just being annoyed that I had to wait so long while no-maskers surrounded me in a drug store of all places) but I told her that that’s exactly what I’d do, and left without my pictures. I was willing to get done with my errand, but after waiting so long with no correspondence from the staff member and being ignored and then told off when I was actually trying to be friendly, was unacceptable. They need better staff.

If you're ever dissatisfied with your digital prints or merchandise for any reason, we will provide you with a full replacement or a full refund.” The cashier even said that this keeps happening and pictures keep being returned. Shouldn’t someone look into that? Don’t go here for photos. You’ll be dissatisfied.

Really bizarre and ineffective hours. Closed at 8:50am? Really? Twice now I've come in and been turned away without medicine. Walgreens also wildly overcharges for cholesterol medicine. Kroger and Meijer are less than 1/4 of the price.
