It is a great place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It feels really great to exercise to get my muscles in shape after the Covid virus. I did not exercise for about 2 years.

I usually only go to. Ft. Wright location and I am a black card member now for over 4 years.. I tanned on Sat at 645pm and was told they close at 7pm. No problem yet.. tonight I went to tan and arrived at 635 ish pm and was told I could not tan. I replied it's not 7pm yet and I tanned later than this last night with no problem. Still was told no and Florence location open 24/7. I mean it takes 2 minutes to clean beds and I don't understand that if you close at 7 we should be able to tan until 7. You shouldn't tell people you close at 7 if all equipment can't be used until that time. I wasn't told at any time until tonight that.tanning closed at 630. Rant over .

I love this place!!! Very low cost but ran like an expensive fitness gym! Always clean, easy to get on equipment with little to no wait time. Open 24 hours. Only $10 a month and a $45 yearly fee. I purchased the Black Card membership which is only $25 a month with the same yearly fee. The Black Card membership comes with free tanning beds (5 types to choose from), 1 Guest pass free every visit, ELT electric light therapy and 3 different massage chairs/tables! Each feature is worth the extra money, but all of these extras as a package is a steal! Picture taking inside is prohibited for customer privacy!

I thought a lot of these reviews were fake before signing up, but no, this place is great. I’ve been to lots of gyms in different cities and states, including some PFs, LAFs, and gyms that rhyme with Brunch - where I used to dread going to the gym before I even left the house, because I knew all the machines I needed to use would be taken, because they always were - but this Planet Fitness is the best! I even have two PFs closer to me, but I love the size of this one; it has with multiples of the same machines and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait to use one that I needed.The staff is so friendly too and I have never come or gone without a greeting or goodbye. One of my frequent machines was broken on Monday of this week, but fixed on Tuesday… how rare is that? All these years, and this is the only gym that I have actually stuck with and made progress at. It really is that good.

Holy cow is this place huge and impressive! It sits on top of a huge hill by it's lonesome to let everyone know that they are there. Staff is super friendly. I've been to countless different PF's across the country in the last 3 years and this was the only PF where the staff who recognized I was a out of towner offered a tour of the gym. Very nice touch and made me feel welcomed. This is definitely one of the largest PF's in the country with huge swaths of space. If you seem yourself as introverted, this place has so much space that even when it's packed, you can find a area by your lonesome to workout unbothered. Now I do want to rate this place 5* and it kinda pains me to give it *4 but the bathrooms and locker room weren't clean. Other than that, great gym!

They tilt the treads, fill up sanitation stations often, bathrooms are always clean and dry, and there is almost always someone vacuuming. It feels like home!!! This also has my favorite set up between them all. The only thing is I wish they had in between dumbbell weights like the other two do (17.5, 22.5, etc). They also have FREE fitness classes with trainers, tanning, massage beds, and a diverse set of equipment.
