The folks who work here are nice but they do not require their customers to wear masks while in this store. This is dangerous for the staff and other customers. No Mask should equal No Service. By allowing customers in the store without masks you are allowing them to think it's OK to not wear a mask. We won't be using this UPS location anymore.

Update 3/30: Still the nicest fastest staff. The guy today had a line at 810am but he politely and quickly assisted everyone. Always so friendly and helpful. Wish my UPS store in Pennsylvania was as nice.

I had an issue with a package not reaching its destination. The owner of the store dealt with the matter personally and was able to get everything straightened out in a timely manner. You can trust this store and its owner to do the right thing. I used to ship everything USPS but with their recent price increases the UPS store has proven to be about 20-30% cheaper than USPS.

The UPS store in Flemington did a fabulous job on printing my invitations, programs, and a ton of other things for my daughters Bas Mitzvah. The owner, Eric, was so great when I kept changing things and really made sure that I was completely satisfied. Friends recommended this UPS store because the owner was so great and I am so happy they did. Thanks Eric and the UPS staff for making my daughters event awesome!

spent alot of money to get a special package to russia.Seems the packaging specialists should have had some knowledge of diffculties of getting packages into russia. we declared package value and were led to believe that we had insured the package. 60 dollars to mail and box it.We emailed the store several times when package appeared to never leave the country.Now, nearly 4 months later as we stopped by the store yet again the package to ask,the package comes back to us. Its perishable and now unusable and told they would not have insured something perishable. Again not told this at shipping time.We paid for our box to go around the system. As far as i am concerned this store did not do ts job and we should have gotten our money back. My advice use FEDEX .
