Great people. Polite & willing to help. I have mail box in another ups store location but came here because their rate for color copy is much less than other places. If you need printing and coping this location is no 1. Besides good rate, The employees are amazing & store is nice and clean. Will recommend to friends & family. I will be coming back as regular customer 😊

I’ve previously written a review on the last owner and I couldn’t have given him less than negative remarks and stars. I have deleted that post as there has been new ownership and the people working here are amazing. They are welcoming, warm, helpful and kind. I no longer feel dreadful to go here. Thank you for taking over and your wonderful services and staff. I am happy to stop by now :)

I just left there. The person (Chris? Steve??) working the counter really has his head on straight. Great job! He took care of my business, and did so knowing exactly what he was doing. Again, fantastic job! There has been an issue. The destination claims it never received the phone.

I came at 6:30 after work to drop off a package and they were CLOSED. Meanwhile online says 7pm and they were customers still in the store. All I needed to do was drop off the package.

2.7 stars? Absolutely not. I've dealt with this specific UPS store many times and the experience & service has ALWAYS been top notch. Scott is whom I've dealt with a couple times and he's an amazing leader at this store.

Can not say enough good things about this store and the exceptional customer service. I inquired about printing a large photo on a poster and Scotty was able to help me and get to me the same day ! I’m so happy with it and I was a great addition to my party !

Every single staff member that works here is great and super kind! They always help me unload my packages so that I don’t have to take my wheelchair out of the car. 100% great customer service!

I work around the area and always have to do returns here for Amazon, the staff is always so friendly and courteous. I don’t get why they have the bad rating. They are very approachable and helpful each time I go in, and they try to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible.

Michael was absolutely SO wonderful helping me get my passport photos! I wasn't happy with the way my photos looked on the camera, and he was very kind enough to do a few retakes. He had such a good attitude about it. I am very happy with the service I received at this location, and I am grateful that for years to come, I have photos that I am not embarrassed to show when I travel. Thank you, Michael!

Great service! My fiancé and I had been running around to several places to try and print our wedding invitations which all turned us away until finally we came here. We called in advance and they said they were happy to try to see if it would work. Jackie was very patient with us and great customer service. I will definitely come back for my printing services.
