The lady is always on her phone talking when you walk in. Wont answer calls when you try calling. Wont fufill orders we asked multiple times. Doesnt pay attention to customers in front of her. Shes just texting or whatever instead. My husband has been trying for more than 2 months to get his order processed. Still hasnt happened. Now my insurance premium has gone through the roof and I have to pay even more. Prices are ridiculous.
