Of all the repair shops that I ever used Twin Towers I consider number 1:I a major oil leak. John told me to leave the CRV Honda and he will check the problem,z. I received a call that he had found 4 oil leaks and he fixed the problem. Twin Towers solved my oil leak problem which I had for years. I would highly recommend Twin Towers for repairs and gas. After a warning light came on when we were on the GW Bridge on our way from Connecticut to Washington DC with a minivan full of luggage, it appeared that we had an alternator problem. We called AAA and they gave us Twin Towers as a recommend repair shop nearby. We were overwhelmed with the kindness John and his Team showed us. Notwithstanding reaching them on a very busy day, knowing our challenging situation they worked us in — securing the required parts and completing the repairs within 3 hours. And we felt that the price was fair. John also treated us like family, recommending an excellent Korean restaurant we could walk to while the Team was working on our car. Long story short, my car came out worse than it was. I insisted that something was wrong and they ensure everything was fine, twice. I took my car somewhere else and they found they work was done incorrectly. I got a refund and they apologized for their mistake.

Had my car towed here on a Sunday since I had a ton of error messages pop up on my Jeep Compass overnight. Turns out this was a place AAA towed to so was my first time here. Turns out it was a bunch of wirings bitten by a rodent so needed to be replaced and John was helpful throughout the process, kept me updated, and was able to get the car back in a few days. Would have spent FAR more at the dealer. No issues subsequent to the repair so HIGHLY recommend! Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Truly exceptional!!! I have a 1980 Corvette and was having difficulty finding a mechanic that was willing to work on it. That said, from the minute I first called Twin Towers, I knew I was in great hands. John was extremely courteous and helpful and told me, "Sure, bring it in and we'll take a look!" The following morning I took it in , two hours later he explained to me what the issue was and, after giving him the green flag, that same afternoon my car was already done! John is absolutely the best - he is an experienced, honest, efficient, trustworthy and professional on every level! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I’ve used them twice. Once for a tire repair and it was quick, efficient and my tire light has been off since. The second time was for a NJ inspection. I dropped the car off, it was done within a half hour and he checked all my tires (tires no charge). It was a great price, quick service and everyone at this station is really nice. I dealt with Joe and I always stop there for gas and chat with Brian. All nice people. I highly recommend.

Been a customer for 6 years. John and all the mechanics are great. But Joe is absolutely disgusting. I came in to put back a tire pressure gage but the car computer system couldn’t register it and the warning signal continues to come on. Joe told me to come in 3 weekends over the span of 2 months, each time the problem wasn’t fixed. When I asked yo work out a partial refund he was all in my face saying the car really should be brought in over week days, and when I told him I’m not trying to be argumentative and just trying to work out a solution, he stormed out and said to talk to John. He was somehow more unset at me than I was at him… never again will I return. John was kind enough to partially refund me and apologize for Joe. I told John I wouldn’t return due to Joe’s rudeness and intimidation. John said “ everybody always returns”… well when you have gotten this comfortable as a business owner over poor services, that’s when it goes downhill. Good luck guys.

Firstly, it has been an incredibly satisfying experience to deal with a professional shop with certified mechanics. I'm lucky to live nearby, most of the work I have gotten done is usually, drop off my car in the morning and pick it up all fixed up in the afternoon. Owner John has a calm way about dealing with the small and larger issues, which keep me calm too. The shop is super clean and extremely organized. I've used other mechanics in Fort Lee, sadly they're basically chop shops with non-experienced workers and ownership to match the incompetence too. So, if you tried the rest, now go to the best!
