If your car is really dirty, I'm talking dirt speckles and water scum marks caked on for days, your car may need two washes here. They charge their prices as they see fit. I actually got a cheaper cost versus most people from previous pricing pictures I saw. I'm happy enough with how they washed my car and cleaned my interior. Hand wash to avoid swirls that automated car washes give you, and tire shine solution applied to the wheels afterwards. Note that the spray they use on their towels for cleaning your interior could leave streaks on your windshield, dash, and seats. Minus points on the wild west of employee to customer treatment. Good employees for the most part, aside from one individual that directs traffic. I pull up following how he motions his hands, but he turns his head away for a quick second. I stopped because I would've gotten too close to the car being washed in front. Individual turns his head back facing me, and then gets upset with how much I pulled up; banging his hand on the hood of my car three times. Meathead, would you like me to bang on the top of your head three times? Open palm style like you did to my car. Service: Vacuuming

I used to be always happy with their car wash but their service has gone down. Look at my mat after their vacuum. And I saw some spot on exterior that they didn’t clean. I thought it was scratched mark or something that they couldn’t clean. I grabbed wet wipe after I got home and it came right off. They definitely didn’t clean well

The best hand car wash in the NJ/NY area. I use to work in Fort Lee and would always bring my car here. Now that I no longer am in NJ I still make the 45 minute trip to get my car detailed. The job they do is flawless. The workers are great and they treat my car like it's there's.

My entire immediate and extended family has been coming here for nearly 30 years. I only trust hand wash for all my exotic cars to make sure any paint or wrap jobs stay perfect and scratch free. These guys go above and beyond in detailing and making sure the car is squeaky clean. Everyone here works with passion and patience which is hard to come by in the industry!

I would not be here never again. I drive LEXUS NX, 3 oclock, it wasn’t busy at all. I saw the sign that Full size SUV $20, but I paid $26.75 including tax. I complaint about price I thought my car is SUV. They said it is Mid size truck so I have to pay $25. I asked the old man who stays in front of casher. I did not know my car refers “MID size truck” It is way too expensive and I feel like scammed. I did not leave any tips for them. They should change the sign. What kind of cars refer to SUV, then?

Very thorough, good price and great attention to detail. I’ve tried so many car wash places all over NJ but Skippys always stands out! Price can’t be beat. Tire shine is included at no extra cost

Great if you have the time. Line takes too long. Over 45min for 5 cars in front of me. This whole thing of waiting on a long line for just a car wash is silly. They open at 7:30 am and I get there before then an still there is a line already formed. They do a good job. I just wish I could shoot in and out of there faster.

Gotta start out by saying that my experiences here are typically good, and 3 stars are given accordingly. My visit yesterday was not so great. Keep in mind this wash costs $18. 1. Water marks all over the car. Did not dry on time, Dirty towels used, lack of attention. 2. Wheels not cleaned well. My wheels are super easy to clean. They just didn't go over it well enough. I was able to wipe it off with a towel without force. Pictured. 3. ALL OF MY WINDOWS came out with swirl marks on both inside and outside. They were worse than when I drove in. Again, dirty towels, not enough attention. I had to clean ALL WINDOWS all over again, and all it took was a little Windex and 2 minutes. My car has been cleaned better by drive thru washes that cost less than half of what these guys charge... What a shame. I thought the price increases were to retain level of service throughout the changing market, but quality seems to have taken a hit over the past years. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere.
