Came to this location to eat inside, and as soon as we put in our order there are two managers or district managers sitting down a young man that works at the location in the middle of the public dining area to then start saying “Let me speak to you about a couple of things that have been brought up” and throughout our entire meal they are talking loudly and seems like they are telling the kid what he needs to do better. This was very unprofessional and very embarrassing not only for the young man but for the managers. They couldn’t have took him to the back or the cash room to atleast talk in private? While the district manager or manger was talking to the young man the other manager was slouched over and bopping his head to the music majority of the time. Customer service was good but could not enjoy our meal without the loud managers embarrassing the poor kid in front of everyone in the lobby. Management needs to seriously do better.

Used drive through so can only go based on food. From the time we ordered until we received the order it was only a couple minutes. Chicken was good and definitely not something that had been sitting in a warmer. I can't give it 5 stars because the menu is so limited and how can you have chicken and no BBQ sauce??

I want so bad to give this location five stars I had an issue with my order because I spoke with the manager he replaced my order and advised me to come back for replacement the cashier was very respectful and very nice if the was not for Manager Mr. E and Mrs. J this place would be Zero. Went back for my replacement meal Manager Ms. K had a bad attitude over a toast bread 🍞 that cost $1.07

Fast and friendly staff. We ordered and as soon as we picked a table the staff was bring our order. The chicken was well prepared and tasty.

I usually come to this canes because it’s literally right around the corner from my house and today I went to canes and order some food but it seem like the cashier was kinda of rushing me and trying to get me out of her face so she didn’t care to give me time to think about what I wanted to order and no there was not a line I was the only person standing there second when I got home I was eating my food and as I got towards the end of it I had like one tender left and my toast and my coleslaw I smelled the coleslaw it smelled old my tender that I had was very surprisingly cold and my toast was cold and inedible so I’m not sure when the quality of food has changed for this location but I’m very disappointed that they decided to mix old and fresh food in my order and I just don’t understand when They started to lack quality sad and a little sidenote I was allowed to taste the lemonade because I was unsure if it was going to be good and when I tasted it it was good so I decided to get a lemonade but the girl put a little too much ice into my cup and I ask for less ice she told me to dump the ice out at the soda machine and I dumped out the ice and she filled the rest with lemonade but now the lemonade taste like paper I’m very confuse I’m not sure if it’s the cup that made it taste like that in the ice helps Block to taste but I was very confuse so I feel like my lemonade was tampered with

Oscar and Kayla were very helpful! My order was messed up slightly and Kayla was able to fix it with no problem. Oscar showed kindness and great hospitality. Five stars for these two great people!

First time to stop by this Cane's location, and my first time to Cane's in a while. It was just as good as I remember. Chicken and sides were tasty. Love the sauce and the lemonade! Drive thru service was fast, friendly, and efficient. French fries could have been better; could have been a little crispier. Overall, good place for some good chicken fingers.
