First time T-Mobile user, converted from Verizon. Came in, store was packed, all the employees were just helping out customers hard core, it was awesome to see. I was greeted promptly, asked a few questions to ensure the port over would be smooth, honestly, a super easy transition over. I was completely stunned. Verizon was... rough, when it came to CS, regardless of store, and this is for both Miami, FL and Columbia, MD, but T-Mobile and this store are really just insanely dedicated and sincerely special. 10/10. I don't see myself needing to go back to the store any time soon sadly, as everything works perfectly on my phone, but I can't wait to get my fiancee over too and et her phone upgraded on the next iPhone release cycle. This store is the one. It might be out of the way for some people, but it's 100% worth it. :)

I just had to come on here and recognize Oshwin(I’m sorry prob spelled it wrong) at this location. I swore to never come to this location as I had received bad service in the past multiple times. Today was different. This gentleman was super attentive, educational, and helped me switch my plan and purchase a couple watches. Great service these days is rarely seen and I just wanted management and him to know that we appreciated him, his patience and superb service. I’m glad to see things have turned around at this location. Thanks again!

Went in to trade-in an obsolete phone and had the good fortune to have Nury take care of me. She not only spent quite a bit of time addressing my questions and concerns, she found a little known promotion that saved me quite a bit and had me leaving with a wide smile. Three days later, I came back with my son and the sales rep we talked to didn't know about the promotion Nury had found me. When I told him about it, he called her on her day off and she was able to direct him to the promotion. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer! This is now my go-to for T-mobile issues!

After dealing with T-Mobile customer service since Dec and getting nowhere, I reached out to Arundel Mills store. Nury quickly took action and handled the situation. When she said she would call me back with answers, she DID!!! What took MONTHS of getting nowhere, she handled it in one day! 👏 Thank you Nury, you do not understand how much this meant to me!

Be very careful when you go to this store if you want to change your plan or transfer a line from another server they offer you promotions that do not exist to sell, they lie to you for selling it is embarrassing that they do that to you or anyone to sell I hope one day the respective authorities take note of this store and try to investigate why to sale they lie, I understand that false information or lying to sell is against the law in Maryland. now they will loose a business costumer and I never will recommend T-Mobile . Mucho cuidado con este lugar te mienten te ofrecen planes y te dan informacion falsa para que tu creeas que te estan ayudando dandote un mejor plan pero es falso , te mienten no te dan lo que te ofrecen mucho cuidado con estos falsos y mentirosos solo por vender dan asco y vergüenza.

So, I had an incident yesterday where there was a misunderstanding between the store and the customer service expert on the phone. I was so upset and frustrated. I felt like no one was listening or wanting to help me. To my surprise, the next day, I got a personal call from the store manager, Larry Brown. He called me on his time off from his personal phone to apologize and fix the problem. It is one thing to fix a simple misunderstanding, but the fact that he apologized was so heartfelt. Not only did he fix my error, but he's taking time to handle it personally. I was frustrated initially, but the conclusion of this story is a complete 360. He went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that i was happy with the service I received. And he was personable and sincere when handling my requests. Thank you so much, Tmobile. Thanks, Larry and team for making this lady a happy customer! 😊

Today, my daughter and I went in to TMobile [Arundel Mills] to get upgrade information for her IPhone. We were greeted promptly and assisted by Mr. Olu. What an asset to the TMobile professional team at this location! We were not only assisted with our inquiry with professionalism, knowledge and courtesy...we were assisted with the upgrade to a new phone for my daughter. No pressure tactics whatsoever, just personable and professional and refreshing! We highly recommend this TMobile store location and Mr. Olu! Thank you Sir!
