I prefer this location as their parking lot is easier to navigate and their tire center employees are very helpful. They get busy so they definitely need more staff or something. They work very hard. The location tends to have some items the other locations don’t have that I need. The only negative thing is the line for the food court tends to block the customers trying to leave the location.

Truly disappointed with the auto center. Probably a corporate policy, however I had to exchange a faulty battery for a new one. With the new battery, I do not get the new warranty. Instead I get the remainder of the old battery...a mere 2 months! What?! Disgusted by this policy! Fellow customers be forewarned!

I like this Costco a little better than the one closer to me, even though the parking lot and gas station are far worse. It just seems less cluttered and they don't move things around as often. I can find my usual items more quickly and I appreciate that.

I like this Costco location. It feels smaller than some of the other locations, but it was well stocked on a Sunday afternoon. I'll give credit where credit is due, they had the line moving. It only took me about 5 minutes in the self-checkout and the store was very busy. The parking lot was very full when I went in. I also peeked in the tire center and it did not seem to be very busy at 3:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon which is a plus. They had some delicious samples available when I went as well. Would return. Definitely the cheapest gas in the area

The parking lot is great. The parking spaces are normal car sized. You don't have to worry about squeezing your car in. The store itself is generally well organized and usually well stocked. Most employees are happy and helpful. Overall good experience.

My family and I regularly shop at this Costco weekly. We recently went to this location, an employee, Kari said offensive comments under her breath and laughed about my family. I let the manager know about the comments made, and the manager was rude and rolled their eyes at me. Both employees exemplified poor customer service and should be reviewed for their disappointing actions. Unfortunately, my family and I will avoid this Costco after our lackluster experience.

During the beginning of covid I had pre-ordered a cake for my hospital floor. I went to pick it up on my way in to nightshift. There were *many* people shopping in there but the front door person wouldn't let me in saying I was too late. I said "I just need to pick up my pre-ordered cake". They said no. I said "okay well can someone just bring and hand me the cake from the shelf?" Also no. I refunded my membership. The other employees leading up to that were never very polite either. And they don't accept Mastercard!? After allowing me to buy the membership with my Mastercard...

While checking out the cashier missed 2 items. The manager tried taking me back to the cashier to check out again. The customer service area was empty with 3 or 4 people standing there talking. Why inconvenience me I did not miss anything. Common sense things that can be off putting to customers. Keep the items and let me go. I will drive the extra few minutes to got to my old Costco or Sam’s.

I am always pleased by the selections offered by Costco. Each month a coupon book is mailed out that offers selected items at a an additionial discounted price. It’s clean, has products with warranty, low prices, cash back, really good quality, the Costco store also has gasoline near their store with the lowest prices for gasoline and products, and they provided the hand sanitizer at the beginning and every corner of their store. I probably spend way too much money in Costco. But knowing how to shop in the store and what to look for, can save you some bucks. Keep doing what you doing Costco 👏👍😃
